Oh jesus, stop kidding yourselves. The BW pros are nowhere near Idra's level at the moment, 90% of those games were sloppy and awful. If they went to MLG, I doubt any of them would make it past the open bracket (or even far into the open bracket). At the moment, they haven't had enough experience, and are in NO position to beat a player like idra. I doubt they could beat machine or incontrol. They aren't good, I watched all the games, their play was sloppy and riddled with so many terrible decisions that I got somewhat bored of watching them play. Granted, I see potential in Flash and Effort, as they show near top master play, but they aren't on the level of pros.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

So, apparently Stephano will be staying in the EG lair. Prolly gonna help Greg a bit with his ZvP since Greg admires his predictions to hold off 2base ridiculousness.

While I don't care to much for Stephano's roach sledgehammer style I think he can help Idra a bit. Wonder why hes staying at the lair.

EG may have offered to house Stephano for free during his stay in the states under the speculation he gives Greg some assistance in ZvP and over all play in general. But that is just a theory, so who knows really.

sounds fishy to me millenium could put him up in a hotel for anaheim and its not like the EG lair is walking distance from MLG

dont see how this benefits millenium by renting Stephano to EG to practice with

I heard somewhere, that EG has no problem housing some players who are coming to the west coast for tournies. So I would imagine all he had to do was ask...

Let's see adjust to time so he isn't jet lagged, gets 2 weeks to get used to the time and doesn't have to pay nor does his team and he will be playing at top condition due to not being jet lagged or anything. There are benefits to him personally and his team. Did they make a deal? No idea but if they were both offering each other something or just doing it to be nice but there are some obvious benefits for stephano lol.

IdrA outclasses all sc1 pros in sc2 atm (most likely, maybe a toss could take him in a bo7). He has better sc2 mechanics (sc1 mechanics dont translate quite as quickly and smoothly as you would think). If you watch the vods of Flash, hes not that impressive, he's good, but not a God. Hopefully the bw pros will get better (obv they will...), and so will IdrA!~

he was never a god :D.

But I disagree with you, if you watch their play their multi tasking and mechanics are top notch (most of them). Their money is always low and they react to drops, etc instantly. I don't know where you get this idea that idra has better mechanics as I don't think so. I do think Idra would beat most of the current bw players due to decision making, not falling behind on mechanics either.

I give it 6 months before we really know how good they are though, but from what I have seen I can only imagine ^_^

tehyll definently BE amazing because of there experience in BW

but currently they arent close to being amazing

Oh I agree they aren't amazing, but to say their mechanics aren't top notch is silly. I watched the games, their money was low, their multi tasking was top notch. Just watch their reactions they did everything instantly in terms of drop play, money was almost always super low. I never said they were amazing or code A quality or anything, don't want anyone getting the wrong idea but the people saying their mechanics suck are just plain wrong.

if it was nestea then maybe you have argument but i ahvent heard anyone say stephano suffers heavily from jetlag

there letting EG take apart stephanos style which is a bigger deal then you seem to think BW teams would kick people out if they leaked replays and the korean teams are also pretty quiet you wont find many of there replays or many of them streaming

Sayle and Pokebunny are pretty good. And... eh. The games, especially the Starcraft 2 games, were meh.

ya there not bad but they have no control over anything that happens so its hard to consider it good casting like that (not that its there fault at all)

not sure about that , granted Flash may not be on code S/A level right now, but its not like idra is.

You realize Flash is mid masters in KR?

Sorry but Idra's main strength is in his mechanics and straight up macro play

Flash still has the superior edge in mechanics and multitasking on that end

It would be different if Idra was more of a clever/creative type of player that could abuse Flash's lack of SC2 knowledge but.... he's not.

Flash's style is too methodical and passive for SC2 TvZ, esp that now SC2 Zergs have MBS and Automining to even power harder than Terran.

at this point, i think all the foreign teams are happy if they can come together to produce champions to reduce hemorrhage... i mean Stephano is probably the closest to doing it but its not really at a point where "oh no my rpelay go released" is weightier than "maybe one of us can take 3rd place"

That was one game xD. You can only judge so much by one game. But again they are all still learning so dont' expect any amazing play for awhile.
