Winning an OSL while IdrA was active was probably 100 times harder than when Grrr did. It's kind of stupid even to try to compare it, actually. I'd actually say IdrA was BY FAR the best foreigner during (the "real", the "era that matters"...) BW. Did idra actually do anything to koreans? Idra wasn't really that good in bw. He was just incredible at the start of sc2, but I have never considered idra good in bw.

No foreigners can't be compared to the koreans but yeah, IdrA was the best, easily. 1st place, Electronic Sports League Major Series Season V 2009/2010[1] 2009 3rd place, International E-sports Entertainment Festival 2009[2] 1st place, WCG United States National Finals 2009[3] 1st place, For the Love of the Game Tournament 2009[4] 1st place, GomTV/StarFeeder Valor Tournament 2009[5] 1st place, ESWC Asia Masters 2009[6] 1st place, Electronic Sports League Major Series Season IV 2009[7] 1st place, SC2GG.com Star League 2009[8] 2nd place, TeamLiquid.net Liquibition: Broodsport 2009[9] 2008 2007 1st place, Teamliquid.net Liquibition #22 2007[10]

Idra came close to defeating Stork(orsome other big time pro) several times, and he was deemed good enough to play for Cj Entus. Artosis has said several times that he was able to take games off of big time pros,so to not think of Idra as good at BW is just silly imo. Of course, he never came close to the very best of BW pros, but no foreigner ever did

It sucks to see Idra having a hard time as of late.

After all he didn't complain during beta when he was having decent results.

I don't know... he always says "fucking stupid game", "shitty game", "This game is bullshit". Seems to me like he doesn't enjoy the game much and I think his problem is that he knows he's better than most of the people he plays but he doesn't beat them. I think he isn't liking the game because ZvZ is a dice roll and ZvP is... well, we all know (boring, shitty matchup). Also listen to him talk about the Mutalisk situation in ZvT. He says mutas don't even work well anymore in the matchup because good terrans learned to deal with them and nows he's forced into this infestor style which he obviously finds unfavorable. I just hope he holds out until HOTS.
