It just happens theres no controlling that aspect
tahts my point, lets say theres 2 palyers A and B
A's side of the bracket has tons of top notch koreans and Bs side has mid tier foreigners
A fights through until the semifinals then loses and goes to the losers bracket
B smashs his way through the foreigners and get to the winners final where he flukes out a win
A manages to win the LB finals and faces A in the winners bracket finals who wins becuase he only had to win one bo5
B did not get to the winners bracket finals because of skill, if his position and As position had been reversed B would have fallen in the first round
in this situation, B literally won the tournament through luck, im not saying IPL was that bad but giving one player the advantage through luck of the draw should be minimized

Alicia is imo his biggest hurdle in the group
i wasnt at all impressed by Alives play at IPL and if NesTea didnt handle jet lag so terribly i think NesTea would ahve completely dominated him (like every other time NesTea and Alive have played)
the only people i see him losing to is alicia and Ret, possibly Thorzain but Idra beat him pretty decisively in iron squid
cruncher as the way out there with the possibility Cruncher will just do something so insane noone sees it coming but i doubt IdrA will even drop a game to him

nest tournament is dreamhack in about 2 weeks, with mass-group-stages
i hope idras first group will be kind of "easy" so that he can get some momentum
or is there anything else idra does in the coming weeks?
