Not saying if you're wrong or right but I think IdrA's account is about 5~6 times as old as yours. While some of his ban is caused by his BM, you have to think that his account is also pretty old and have 10k+ posts with it.

Obviously you're right at some point. Anyone else would have a lot more ban and actually wouldn't have been unbanned twice. This is understandable as TL is a pretty big website, and too many people like IdrA (who don't sugar coat anything/are rude) would cause too much chaos. They still can't ban him too much as he still get people to come on this website. Obviously it'd be better for the website itself if IdrA had more manners and would actually sugar coat his claims, but IdrA doesn't, for his own personal reasons.
All in all anyone else would be IP banned at this point, but just consider IdrA as the exception of the forums. I wouldn't advise anyone to do as IdrA, because the mods are pissed off enough with only one of his kind here.
Oh and you wouldn't believe all the trash talk IdrA suffer as well. He doesn't care, but it's not like everybody was friendly with him and he would spit poison at everyone.
