Once you start working out regularly and dedicate the time and effort to look into the nutrition aspect, its pretty hard to stop from there.. so I agree, he'll definitely look to try and maintain. He just needs to find a gym and few workout partners to keep it interesting cause working out alone sucks too (but working out alone is better than going with someone whose lazy.) | ||
