However, there's pretty much zero shame in that performance. He lost to insanely good players and was among good company in not making it past the second group stage-- other powerhouses such as Sen, Stephano and Thorzain didn't make it either. EDIT: At least he's dominating the EU server. Check it out http://eu.battle.net/sc2/en/profile/1987374/1/EGIdrA/matchesEDIT2: He's won 22 out of his 25 last matches in fact Why would you say that? The reason that IdrA rages is obviously because he's not satisfied. IdrA has the winners mentality. Losing to Puma and losing to Huk, doesn't mean a thing at all. A loss is a loss. IdrA expected more, wants more and will continue to try for more. Like he gives a shit about Sen, Stephano or Thorzain, he is here to win. side note: Idra predicted 3-1 puma to nightend, 3-1 hero to ret and 4-2 puma to hero. since puma is a TvP monster and Hero a PvZ monster. pretty smart cos i dont understand the other caster's prediction, as if they know very little about the players in the tournament. ok this is personal opinion, props to the other players like nightend, ret and hero, they may well take the tourney If Idra had a winners mentality, he would try to win, rather than quitting because he thinks he's probably too far behind to win. He himself has thrown away games due to careless mistakes, as have many other players when they were ahead, gifting a win to their opponent. It is possible to get lucky and have a turnaround in a game, and yes, it often requires luck/a mistake, but if Idra really had a winners mentality, he might try and win all the time instead of giving up. He's had ~180 food left and quit games before because he thinks he can't win. That's not a winners mentality, that's called giving up.

True, idra is a great player but he has to change his mentality, it seems to me that he doesn't want to win by getting lucky at all. But it seems luck plays a major part in sc2, it is a sport after all and human errors can happen. Heck even if there is a perfect sc2 player then he could probably send 5 probes to the opponent and win with perfect micro over a flawful ones. We r human and the excitement of the game does not rely on a player being perfect, but there's a player that can perfectly micro the probes then that would be a funny sight to watch, but there probably isn't. So idra should take into account that he is playing against humans and not super artificial robots. Even if they are slightly ahead at 185 just try and get lucky I would say.

I need all results of Idra's matches against Boxer, MC and Huk. Zenio as well. Could you have a look at these and tell me if anything is missing:
Boxer MC Huk Zenio
I think that these are all of Idra's matches against Boxer and MC. The ones versus Zenio from GSL are missing and so is the showmatch vs Huk from the RoG Invitational. Does anyone remember anything else? I need everything but ladder matches and practice games. LAN events, online tournaments, team leagues, showmatches, etc.
Also, the Liquipedia team is adding results pages, this is Idra's: IdrA/Results

Oh man I was like so close to being on the same bus as IdrA, HuK and PuMa from DWH11 to Gothenburg. But had booked the later one
They looked so tired at the bus terminal, PuMa with his big check and neck pillow and HuK with his pink pillow :D
Lets go IdrA at NASL!

Best case for Idra, Sheth beats Puma (Just because Idra has dominated Sheth lately), ThorZain or DeMuslim beat MorroW/MaNa winner.
Worst case, Puma beats Sheth, MaNa is in the Semis.
That said, I don't want Puma to lose either :/.

Idra, don't ever change your playstile, we are seeing a return to all in and 2 base timings, and you're the macro hope.
Just focus on trainning and don't ever give up on your games, you have the potential to be the best player in the world.

Where would E-Sports be without Idra? Anyway he's awesome for being himself (...)

Just posting in this thread to add my support for the Grack \o/
he's one of the people that made me like esports and it's always a thrill to see him play

Thought I had missed the Gracken at Dreamhack after he crashed out, but ran into him on the way to the arena for the finals. Pretty nice guy in person, if blunt, although personally I prefer that kind of attitude!
Hope he performs well at NASL too, that's an eminently winnable event if he brings his A-game, although he's not the only player I'll be rooting for

Looks like Idra, Puma and Huk have all arrived at the EGLair with plenty of time to rest up and practice for NASL
