That's not how causality works.

Congratz to IdrA for the win, though I felt this was a foregone conclusion. The only time I felt worried for Greg throughout the whole tournament was when Princess was going hardcore turtle Ghost/Mech on Daybreak. When he broke that I knew he had the whole invitational in the bag.

Good games against Sheth earlier.

How did he win that game, just out of interest, because he normally thinks ghost mech is super hard to beat.

I'm interested in this as well. I did not manage to catch the games live and to hear he won against turtle ghost/mech on daybreak has peaked my interest.

$13, 900. Not a bad month, by any stretch.

Pretty unsurprising result in the MLG Global invitational, even slumping IdrA was the favourite going in.

Major went for a timing that ended horribly as his bio got surrounded and destroyed by baneling hits at maximum efficiency.

Basically, Major was hugely behind the entire game and was playing catchup. I think in a regular game where he didn't have such a disadvantage early on, he would have won that game.

:D

So it's Idra, Mvp, MMA/Bomber, and White-Ra/Sase/Naniwa/Ret. Too bad they won't be playing round-robin but it's going to be a great mini-tournament anyway.

I think he has enough to do just with traveling + relaxing (which is a very important part of training). I doubt he even gets to train playing the game very much in a serious way, much less the "not so serious" part of the training (=laddering) which the EG members sometimes stream.

Lol I got placed into IdrAs division today. He only had 1 win 0 losses at the end so I wasnt sure if it was him but he was GM last season so its the real deal . He'll probably be in GM after this week though.

That kind of explains it then. I want to see this game anyway though.

Apparently for Up/Down next(?) season. That's in January, right?
