Please get real. It's not MKPs fault Haypro does not hold knowledge on how to defend mass hellions. Day9 called it and obviously it's a viable strat, so he should have known. Sit the ef down. P.S. I do hope IdrA does well agaisnt him... It was still pretty gross, regardless of Haypro's poor choice in tech and lack of defense. It was disgusting because it was a stomp. Its not disgusting because MKP made it so
I think a right choice (roaches) and a wrong choice (banelings) would've both been gross, either roaches crushing that many hellions and smashing MKP's face, or roaches crushing that many hellions and Terran being able to make enough marines to defend the counter roach push.
It was just a gross build by MKP, win or lose.

I very much hope that IdrA will beat him into the ground. LMAO its not MKP's fault if haypro is fucking bad and need to get his shit right, like seriously game 2 he couldve made like 4 crawlers and the hellions would've been negated, but instead he waited for the spire to finish sitting on like 800minerals/...
.... lol haypro could have made 10 spines and it wouldnt have mattered, mkp just 1 shotting queens witt hose hellions would have just run up into the main. He just needed to get a real scout off, and go roach.
Also does anybody know if Idra takes the "top non-already Code S" place(which is a big possibility if he beats MKP), if that GSL timing would concur with his trip to Korea, or is the trip not till much later?

No, you have to be in top 3 to take the code S spot.

Remember that non-Code S Koreans can also take the Code S spot which is how DRG and MMA both got into Code S. Therefore, Puma and theSTC both can potentially get the Code S spot in terms of Koreans.

He's gonna get Code A, even if loses to MKP and get's 2nd, that still leaves him at ~10th place if he doesn't win anymore games.
Which is what he wanted, no one should be sad if he doesn't get Code S, unless he's in the finals and he loses. Then we can be sad.
EDIT: just learned that 1-3 can get Code S, WTF WIN IDRA

IdrA has boss ZvT, and i really WANT him to live, as a LONG time fan, never really dissing him, always supporting, but i don't know if he has what it takes (at this stage) to beat someone practices more and practices with better people, raw IdrA talent can't beat everything, *fingers crossed*

Im fairly certain winning your group automatically gives you top 6. What im saying is that if he beats MKP he has a very good shot of taking top 3. Both Puma and TheSTC's TvZ is not really great, and I think he has a great chance of beating July as well.

Except if he beats MKP, he gets matched against Huk (unless Huk loses to Ddoro).

I don't think thats all that bad for Idra either. Id say that matchup is about 50/50 for them.

HuK really plays like a beast this tourney, will be really tough for IdrA.

I have to agree with this. I actually think Idra > Huk is a bigger upset than Idra > MKP, Idra hasn't beaten Huk in an official match since Dallas 2011. If you look at the top8, you'll figure out that was a super long time ago.

Also, Haypro is playing great this tournament (?!) so he may have a chance of beating MKP as well. And then of course there's the chance that Idra himself will beat MKP and go 5-0. But the match vs MKP will be a lot less stressful to watch if Idra's already guaranteed first! thats not true If boxer wins then idra is guarnteed first. If MKP beats boxer, he can beat idra and put them both at 4-1 this schedule sucks for europeans I wont get time to watch the series live, can someone please post here what time it starts on the stream, then when i get home from work tomorrow i can watch it thanks go grack :D
Yeah, my brain wasn't working right when I typed that, I mean that if Boxer could beat MKP etc etc. Which obviously didn't happen. Anyway, Idra can certainly beat him if he plays his best and doesn't allow himself to get cheesed! /pray

I don't really see Idra>Huk as that big of an upset. Idra has been really on top of his game since he started focusing on training, and HuK hasn't exactly been in his prime the past month or so.

July lost once in his Group, to Huk.
July beat MC and Hero, both who have beaten Idra "recently".
It's definitely not impossible, Idra had some good games vs. Elfi at IEM Guanzhou and vs. White-Ra at IPL3 before the Archon Toilet, but Huk isn't a slouch in PvZ and ZvP is Idra's worst MU.
Meanwhile, ZvT is his best match-up and TvZ is MKP's best MU.
So best vs. best and best vs. worst.

The MC and Hero games shouldn't even be in the discussion lol, can't compare PvZ to PvP. But yes ZvP is Idra's worst matchup, all I'm saying is that I wouldn't be at all surprised if Idra beat Huk.

Sorry, I should've said July instead of "he".
So, July > MC/Hero and MC/Hero > Idra (so far anyway).
