Hot_Bid is already a huge troll, if he were really Baller he would just post Baller's posts under his own account so as to get us all more in awe of how huge of a troll he is. Baller must be someone with a reason not to be seen by everyone as a troll, and IMO Chill knows who it is and is trolling him by telling us all it's Hot_Bid, because whoever it is can't come out and claim the Ballerness for their own.
