Nah, gotta side with LID8 on this one and say that AS cover of L&W was a pretty poor one. Typically Raina sounds pretty good, but damn that was really really really bad. And let's just say the other two aren't vocal carries at all, just there to look good.

But I will say if you chose any two from AS, 4Minute, F(x), or Sistar, I think it'd go something along the lines of F(x) > AS > 4Minute > Garbage. But that's simply because I think Luna is a better singer than Raina/Gahee are, and 4Minute doesn't really have anyone asides from Gayoon who can really sing (Rest suck, especially that cheap hooker Hyuna).

Anyways, if you got 4Minute or F(x) to solo that, they'd sound better than OC did in that video, but if you brought 2 or 3 of them to collaborate on the song like OC did, then I don't really think they'd do much better. 4Minute is full of talentless cheap hooker trolls aside from one who can really sing.
