TVXQ released two songs. 1 for each member as they are just 2 members left since the others left for JYJ TVXQ Maxs new is very good, feel heavily inspired by Avicii / Calvin Harris but it's good Rise, sung by Max Another just released song by TVXQ, sung by U-know. Champange Personally prefer Max's song but both is pretty good. Rise as one is just very good. | ||

As for guy groups I'm of course loving SHINee and Big Bang more than everything else, but Suju's new release is definitely up there for me despite having zero anticipation for it. Devil is an awesome song and the two performances for it that I've seen were both awesome. Donghae is absolutely godly (no homo I guess... for now). Can't wait for the new DBSK album despite there being no promotions for it (idk why Changmin isn't just promoting his solo song, seems dumb that he wouldn't appear for atleast 1 week like Suju is doing), and the rumored SHINee repackage should be super sick. It has been rumored for months that the new SHINee promoted track is a darker song akin to songs of theirs such as Lucifer and Sherlock. I think Dark SHINee is my favorite SHINee besides RNB SHINee so I can't wait. I know whatever they release will be completely amazing so it doesn't matter to me. edit: I feel like Devil is by far Suju's best release since It's You and Sorry Sorry. And speaking of Sorry Sorry, I know no one is talking about this just yet but I feel like 2015 is SM's year just like 2009 was. In 2009 SM debuted f(x), released Sorry Sorry, Gee and Genie, Ring Ding Dong and Juliette, and probably something else I'm forgetting. I mean 2009 was the year they lost DBSK but lucky for them they released a lot of great shit for their other groups (And DBSK released a few amazing songs in Japanese in 09 also if you can count that). In 2015 they lost some EXO members and probably Sulli it seems, but they have released Call Me Baby (which I found spectacular), View, Devil, Ice Cream Cake, and much more. SM might be releasing everything at once right now but I have been really impressed with them so far this year. edit again: Also Yesung and Jaedong are basically the same person just saying... | ||

Devil is definitely the best SuJU song in a while. IMO since Superman. tvxq/boa/shinee/snsd all have been decent or better. Hope SNSD delivers with their full album release. p.s. You should listen to BTS : P, they are pretty much the best guy group atm and growing rapidly. They released 3 amazing albums in a row + Show Spoiler + Apart fro BigBang / a tiny bit of Jinusean YG has been quiet this year. Hoping for 2ne1 and especially AKMU to make comebacks. | ||

And yes I wasn't really thinking outside of SM in my post but BTS is amazing. Honestly BTS has been one of my favorite groups since they started promoting We Are Bulletproof Pt.2. Before I ever listened to them I thought they were just tryhards but goddamn they are truly amazing. I still remember the first time I saw We Are Bullet Proof Pt2 on stream, I was drunk like I am now but instantly I knew these dudes where legit as fuck. I felt like I would ignore them for a long time but they really proved me wrong so quickly, BTS is THE TRUTH. | ||

I'm not Massively into SNSD but I thought Party was kind of underwhelming for their typical releases. Even Catch me if You Can which got mediocre reviews was probably as good or better. SM seems to understand how to market their artists very well and create clearly defined images. With that I think they should be fine going into the future. | ||
