Is Running Man still good? I stopped watching a few episodes after the Jackie Chan one (somewhere between ep 150-200 or so?) because I was busy IRL, etc. Have they done any new formatting? New cast members? Thinking of catching up on a few episodes.

No new cast members and the format has always been a bit variable. Jackie Chan is a long time ago, back then RM was still good, it got more hit and miss though so don't be afraid to skip an episode that seems boring. Also since episode 200 (the past 3-4 months) I have disliked more episodes than liked and the last couple of weeks I haven't liked any.

edit: IU randomly won a music show, I thought her song with seo taji was a bit of a flop?

I like running man, but yeah episodes can be hit or miss. You can tell when the producers suddenly realize they don't have enough footage and stretch out boring things too long, or when they have too much and rush through.

Don't watch it for the idols though. Most of the time they're just awkward and quiet, the best episodes are when it's just the main cast doing big stupid games imo. Their interaction is way funnier than most guests (though some are ok).

Majority of the young idols that guest on the show tend to be too conservative and shy. Especially when they constantly bring in idols like Krystal and Sulli, they don't do shit.

Running Man has taken a dive since they just do stupid random mini games that have nothing to do with the final mission. I mean seriously, how many times do we have to watch people fall down in the mud now?
You can watch them but don't feel bad about skipping parts.

Roommate is like a whole new show. It's much better now and although I do miss Soo Hyun I do like the new cast.
I think it's like how Big Brother started. First season is like "what happens when we put these people together?" and then season 2 is "let's get entertaining people together".

The new season of roommate it seems everyone broke out of their shell really quickly. Dong Wook is one of the best cast members in the show even though he wasn't very active during the first season due to dramas.

That Beast 12:30 song is so good. Had to check out the english sub version to get the gist of what 12:30 meant -- ended up being pretty obvious. But damnnn, love that they came out with a more ballad-like song as their main title. Also checked out the rest of the mini-album which was quite average but this main track more than makes up for it.
