Please use spoilers when quoting a post with pictures and/or videos.
When posting large quantities of media (pictures or videos), please begin spoilering after the first piece. Grouping related videos in the same spoilers & labeling is recommended.
No reposting of old material unless justified
Posting any material with little or no relevent discussion accompanying it
No passion-induced flaming of each other because 'x said y sucked' etc.
Keep the expression hate of music individuals/groups to a minimal level
No 'pagetopping' in any form whatsoever, as it constitutes spam equal to posts similar to 'first'.
No vulgar fan fics or wet dream stories. It is creepy, weird, and it dehumanizes the people who you are here to celebrate/discuss.
Normal posting standards that you find throughout the rest of the site still apply and will be enforced more strictly from here forward (2012/03/11)
Due to the poor nature of this thread in the past, temporary two-day bans will occur more than often if people slip up.
"Fans have found a tweet from early August, where Ladies’ Code RiSe revealed to a fan that the member she wants to take care of the most is EunB. In a tweet, a fan messages RiSe and asks her the question, “Which member do you want to take care of and the one you feel most uncomfortable leaving alone?”
RiSe responded with an enthusiastic, “EunB!!!!!!♡” showing her true sisterly relationship with her fellow member
So sad This kind of thing makes me think about how much of life is outside of our control.

I think they will. They've undoubtedly spent so many years training for this, and I'm pretty sure they have a love for singing so it'd be hard for them not to want to (that's what I imagine, anyways).

I'm guessing after a year or a couple of year (or whenever they recovered) they will do it for RiSe and EunB
It's not particularly likely. There was already talk of disbandment and they were never a particularly popular group on the whole. Add this situation and it's even less likely to come back to the industry.

i guess it depends on how long it takes for the other 3 to recover. if this is in the near future, i would be surprised if the company does not push them to release a really sad tribute ballad (or something like that)
Hmm I have a feeling Ladies Code were about to disband after this promotion. I heard some rumors of how they spoke to each other about this promotion that they were happy to have given it their all etc. Their sales sadly arent good at all and they only have like 30K subs on youtube. They have great music but I don't think they had a big fanbase that had them as their bias group and when so many groups are around most people just can't go around and buy everything. If their discography page on wikipedia is correct then they only sold 4000 albums total... Lots of digital single sales but I imagine a lot of that money doesn't actually go to the company.

For digital sales: 50-60% goes to the online music store 30-45% goes to the publishing + management label <10% goes to union Remainder goes to the artist, if they're lucky with their contract. Info's a few years old, itunes finally managing to secure a foothold in kpop may have caused some percentages to shift, but most likely not by much.
But yeah, companies don't give a shit about the money from digital singles compared to streaming. Latter of which flat out gives them no monies, but carries weight in music show accolades.
Hey guys, I know these last few days have been horrible. I know how much we like Busker Busker, so here's a new album by the vocalist, in case you missed it. EDIT: Meh, artist is Jang Bum Joon for those who wants to get a hold on it.

I don't think the company at this point should be pushing them to create any further music in my opinion. Just seems wrong.
