Check out some of Younha's stuff, she's got plenty of good songs like that, guitar and singing. I'm sure bigger fans will have specific songs in mind, but her albums are all sick good.

Sera has pretty legit professionalism, she's is a bit, "a bit", batshit, yet does not require being kept in check like that nearly as often as would be expected.
Don't mean she's full blown mentally unsound, but from watching her for months I can't say she's not weird. She's sort of like a lightly sedated chihuahua, much of the time she's chilled and calm, but there's tides of energy lashing about on the inside. Every now and then she'll just follow image breaking impulses. Though maybe I'm reading too much into what was simply poor boredom management.
