Even SunYe was less than impressive when they did Tell Me. Now who SHOULDN'T have sounded bad was Taeyeon when she sang that duet with Park HyoShin. However KARA is definitely on the lowest in terms of vocals. Even 4Minute's GaYoon and JiYoon sing better than the GyuRi/SeungYeon/Nicole trio. After SungHee left, GyuRi, SeungYeon, and Nicole were kinda forced to carry the group vocal wise. KARA's 1st album probably sounds a lot better than the ones succeeding that because the original three weren't required to do as much. It's like they're excellent at being supporting vocals but do maybe above-average job at best when they have to do the heavy lifting (especially GyuRi.). Then again, GyuRi is the leader, so she was the one to step up to the plate vocally (with the exception of Mister which was handled by the SeungYeon / Nicole duo). At the same time they HAVE gotten better. There's a noticeable difference on how well they sing in Rock U vs. Honey. | ||

Kpop is not supposed to be hard to sing. Kpop is designed so that people can sing along with their idols in Norebangs. | ||
