Please use spoilers when quoting a post with pictures and/or videos.
When posting large quantities of media (pictures or videos), please begin spoilering after the first piece. Grouping related videos in the same spoilers & labeling is recommended.
No reposting of old material unless justified
Posting any material with little or no relevent discussion accompanying it
No passion-induced flaming of each other because 'x said y sucked' etc.
Keep the expression hate of music individuals/groups to a minimal level
No 'pagetopping' in any form whatsoever, as it constitutes spam equal to posts similar to 'first'.
No vulgar fan fics or wet dream stories. It is creepy, weird, and it dehumanizes the people who you are here to celebrate/discuss.
Normal posting standards that you find throughout the rest of the site still apply and will be enforced more strictly from here forward (2012/03/11)
Due to the poor nature of this thread in the past, temporary two-day bans will occur more than often if people slip up.

And fact of the matter remains that KARA kills any other group when it comes to performing Live. Sure, some individuals are individually more skilled but you think anyone else can compete as a group ? Hahaha, please...!
This is actually the worst thing that you have posted in this thread.
Secret should spice up their wardrobe. I know their company is poor but man...

:/ kpop girl performing in a nerd event syndrome. they didnt even bother performing that other new song they have.
now that i think about it, it seems to show in some girls more in others
compare sunhwa to jaekyung in this gsl performance. jaekyung is like weeee im charming! and sunhwa is like you can have my body but you cant take my soul :/ i love them both tho
^ Performing A without shirts is a waste Well, everyone in Rainbow looked like they didn't hate that performance, which is always nice to see for a nerd event. Makes me think of that army show Rainbow performed in last year, i thought it was scary as fuck. Hundreds (maybe thousands) of soldiers doing loud shouts. It wasn't a nerd event but I always feel awkward when that happen (especially at the time when I wasn't too much into k-pop).

Yes I had same experience first time I saw morningmusume live concert, the shouting men was really scary.
Heard gangnam style on Australian radio yesterday, on a pretty mainstream channel as well (Nova 96.9). It is incredible how ell its spread, I didn't really think the song itself would appeal to wider crowds; I mean it's all about that dance and the mv.
where's the best place to listen to kpop? I'm just starting to listen to it and don't want to have to search youtube for bands/ singers since i don't know any.

I thought craton's idea was a good place for new blood to start. Regular's last fm channels. I rarely use it myself, but it's ok for just getting some ideas.

This thread is a good start. Lookout for Foxx, when he post, it's usually the music shows performances so a lot of different artists. I'd recommend using Last.fm as well, good for discovering new artists or checking out what others are listening to.
