To ensure this thread won't be closed, you must adhere to several a number of simple rules;
Please use spoilers when quoting a post with pictures and/or videos.
When posting large quantities of media (pictures or videos), please begin spoilering after the first piece. Grouping related videos in the same spoilers & labeling is recommended.
No reposting of old material unless justified
Posting any material with little or no relevent discussion accompanying it
No passion-induced flaming of each other because 'x said y sucked' etc.
Keep the expression hate of music individuals/groups to a minimal level
No 'pagetopping' in any form whatsoever, as it constitutes spam equal to posts similar to 'first'.
No vulgar fan fics or wet dream stories. It is creepy, weird, and it dehumanizes the people who you are here to celebrate/discuss.
Normal posting standards that you find throughout the rest of the site still apply and will be enforced more strictly from here forward (2012/03/11)
Due to the poor nature of this thread in the past, temporary two-day bans will occur more than often if people slip up.

I actually named my playlist from Korean Music List to Korean Artist Music List. Same concept here.
Been singing Bing Bing all day at work, rather catchy o.o They might end up getting invitation to Music Shows or is that not possible or never been done? Should go with Bing Bing over Saturday Night imo
Yeah i think the general consensus is that saturday night is kind of average while bing bing is actually good. Perhaps they are testing the water doing both to see which one they want to go all out with. Lets hope the koreans agree with us
I need an 1920x1080 pictures you guys happen to have. I got a new laptop and it needs a wallpaper.
Ham/IU bias, but whatever's fine
Kuja.
also, I went to a Big Time Rush concert, i feel spoiled by kpop. the concert style was pretty much the same, cause they sang and danced to a little backtrack and preset routines. but it wasn't as good as kpop
fucking loud fangirls though. i almost got my family member to go on stage but they picked some girl behind us -_-
Kind of relevant/irrelevant, but how many of you have actually gone to Korea? I'm learning the language now, and plan to move there after I graduate from college, and was wondering what you guys thought of it. I've heard some stories that the natives are welcome to you if you're visiting, but will sort of make you 'feel out of place' if you plan on staying there (xenophobia im guessing). Also heard some stories of interracial relationships being kind of frowned upon (I r white male). Anyone have any input on this?
That question has been asked before and usually what's recommended is just to google image search your favorite idol, and then set the size restriction to your resolution. Should get plenty of walls then and you can just pick the one you like instead of settling for whatever anyone here has.
Man, Seohyun has grown up a lot. I swear, she never had this type of presence with me before. It was really only recently that she has started to shine. I think she finally opened up after We Got Married, she doesn't seem timid to try anything anymore. Isn't it just odd that kpop allowed us to see a person mature over a couple of years?

Considering she was 16~17 when SNSD first appeared, and is now 21, is it really a surprise to see her mature? It's not odd that kpop allows us to see someone mature when... they're in the part of their life where they are still maturing.

predebut his original label tried to make him get plastic surgery but he refused and ended up being super successful in part due to his unconventional looks for a kpop artist. also during his 2nd album he got in trouble for marijuana so and he disappeared for a couple years and came back and managed to become even more popular than before. i think a large part of his appeal (apart from him being an amazing performer) is that he comes across as a very real and genuine guy without putting up the typical facade seen in most celebrities. kind of like song jihyo in RM. + Show Spoiler +

Also, what photo shoot is that from?
Sigh no, thats not how it works. You dont compare one woman in the k-pop industry with "regular" women, you compare them with other women in the k-pop industry, who almost all of them are beautiful to the point where its unreal. Hyoyeon though, is not.

But she's still quite striking, especially that smile. Plus, she's in like, my top 10 bodies in K-pop at least. Dat fitness.
