Because they are lazy. Talk about phoning it in.
Also, even for 1080p Youtube, the quality is pretty bad.

On a semi related note... what actually happens to all the costumes and stuff they wear? Either some groups (e.g. SNSD) must have a MASSIVE WAREHOUSE full of clothes, or they are incredibly wasteful, or they must give them to charity or something.

That MV just makes me go wtf? Feels like the song has nothing to do with the video. The ballad part fits better but it's still awkward. Seems like koreans really love their over the top drama stuff.

Edit: Maybe i'm just not accustomed to the overacting and overly tragic stuff.

Actually, Japanese and Korean share a lot of similarities. I don't want to go into details, but it's a lot easier to learn Japanese as a korean (and visa-versa) than it is to learn English as a korean.

And SNSD got flak in that article because the lyrics to the boys didn't make any sense at all in Japanese. Not because their pronounciation was bad.
