I think it was sung by a male singer (I think) and IU acted in the music video. She worked in a cafe or something and out the window she could see in the dude's apartment or something and he's a big klutz cause all he did was work out and he broke his arm somehow (lmao). Then after getting out of the hospital for his broken arm the cast had "IU" on it but he adjusted it so that it said "I <3 U". Hook it up? You guys are the best btw.  | ||
