Park Girls is an South Korean family comedy-drama series, starring Kim Tae-hee and Park Ji-yeon. The show follows single mother Park Ga-eul (Tae-hee) and her daughter Jeon Jin-ri (Ji-yeon) living in the the city of Incheon, South Korea, located approximately thirty minutes from Seoul.

The series explores issues of family, friendship and romance, as well as generational divides and social class. Ambition, education and work also form part of the series' central concerns, telling Ga-eul's story from pregnant teen runaway and high school dropout to co-owner and manager of the Dragonfly Inn. Jin-ri's transition from public school to the prestigious preparatory school, Eunkwang Girls School, is similarly followed by the series, exploring her ambition to study at a SKY college and to become a foreign correspondent. The show's social commentary manifests most clearly in Ga-eul's difficult relationship with her wealthy upper-class parents, Lee So-yeon and Park Yeong-soo, and in the interactions between the students at Eunkwang, and later, Seoul National University.
