Please use spoilers when quoting a post with pictures and/or videos.
When posting large quantities of media (pictures or videos), please begin spoilering after the first piece. Grouping related videos in the same spoilers & labeling is recommended.
No reposting of old material unless justified
Posting any material with little or no relevent discussion accompanying it
No passion-induced flaming of each other because 'x said y sucked' etc.
Keep the expression hate of music individuals/groups to a minimal level
No 'pagetopping' in any form whatsoever, as it constitutes spam equal to posts similar to 'first'.
No vulgar fan fics or wet dream stories. It is creepy, weird, and it dehumanizes the people who you are here to celebrate/discuss.
Normal posting standards that you find throughout the rest of the site still apply and will be enforced more strictly from here forward (2012/03/11)
Due to the poor nature of this thread in the past, temporary two-day bans will occur more than often if people slip up.

Is it just me or does anyone else have problems recognizing Yura without the blonde hair? i mean like seriously i cannot tell that that is the same girl... is there something wrong with me?
no don't worry. This problem had plagued me ever since Nothing Lasts Forever. During those performances, I knew I loved Sojin, but all the freaking time I would mistake Yura for Sojin, or vice versa. Which is kind of stupid of me, given the fact that I was watching those performances for Sojin.
And thanks GTR and nanashin for the gifs. Please teach me your mad Gif'ing skills so that one day, I may contribute to this wonderful thread. + Show Spoiler +
Sojin is God Tier bro. Gotta love the MV even its cheap. Its girl's day you know. Hope they will succeed in Japan. Thanks again for nana for providing us with gifs to consume for the whole week.
How do you even play rock paper scissors with more than 2 people? What if there's one (or more) of each (paper, rock, scissors) in one round? Who wins?
Koreans never cease to amaze me.
Gotta rewatch the MV, I feel the solution is inside.

So explain to me what happens when one person plays Rock, two play Paper, and two play Scissors.

The person with Rock loses?
scissors win. others lose.
but the more common format is they re-roll to get majority in the case of 5: 3 scissor/stone/paper beat anything.

Just don't play rock paper scissors with more than 3 people all together.

Boot up VirtualLAN player Ctrl+S/File Menu Add videos to file selection Click Convert In the next menu box insert destination, I like to group destination files by performers so that I may readily find the GIFs I need as a given topic trends in the thread. Set the profiles to Video - MPEG-2 + MPGA (TS), this means you're converting the video into a microsoft paint graphic animation Click start.
Boot up microsoft paint I would recommend that you enable gridlines, this allows you to keep track of the gif frames to insure nothing misaligns. Fill the background with green, green 255 is good enough, but you may find that a blacker green or a more diluted will serve your project better. Gifs can be a bit finicky, what works for one gif may not work for another, something to do with the color palettes that a given video may contain. When you're ready open the MS Paint Graphic Animation you had created previously with MSpaint. Feel free adjust the image as you see fit -cropping -rotating/flipping + Show Spoiler [-adding additional effect] +
airbrush is godtier at this work gifts a bit of a misty effect to the gif that will smooth out any artifacting you may come across due to poor quality source video. Really no excuse for not having HD, it's 2011 folks. You'll need to utilize a red that serves as complimentary to green you're using. There are a few calculators online that can give you the needed RGB numbers to obtain the correct complimentaries, but really all you need to do is divide the RGB numbers of your green by three and add five to each digit and minus each from 255, apply these numbers to the color selector making sure to put the digit that was originally used for green into the red box.
-Adding shapes to personalize your gif Save as gif when you're through.
Use photobucket for your gif hosting, it has nifty APIs that allow you to track how many people have viewed any given creation of your and also allows you to see what site may be lifting your images for their own usage.
Depends, cutting the piece I want to gif takes the longest. As soon as I have the frames I want it's 1 minute. Overall I'd say about 4-5 minutes for a gif. Nana is the real pro though Bulking gifs like it's nothing!
