Cho Hyun Young, the maknae from the girl group Rainbow has lost 8kg and caught a lot of attention.
She lost a total of 8kg from her ‘Mach’ promotions of last Winter to their new album title song ’Sweet Dream’. The before and after photo became a hot topic in fan sites and she is surely showing a new side of herself.
During her trainee days, she was quite chubby but now, she has lost some weight after her debut. When it was the past ’To Me’ promotions, she lost 4kg, but now she lost an additional 4kg.
She lost weight by using the jumping rope and hula hoop. She also stated that she didn’t eat anything 4 hours before sleeping.

I've followed K-pop for quite a few years now, but this song is absolutely one of the best ones I've heard, easily in my Top 10 from now on.
meh... if this song came out 2 years ago when no one know what dubstep is... its will get ton of critic for sure.
despite me liking T-ara, i dont think top 10 song should have any auto tune in there... its like you listening to justin bieber and then listen to this: + Show Spoiler +

It's going to be pretty sweet to see a bunch of artists we talk about performing up close. I don't know what the camera policy is for those shows, but I'm going to try and take as many pictures/videos as I can, and I will be sure to share with you all. This thread is like my Kpop sanctuary lol, I can't go to Korea and go to these shows and not share it here.
As for the SNSD concert, our tickets are arranged with SM and cameras aren't allowed at the venue so we won't be bringing them unfortunately.
