Edit: The osu maps aren't half bad either.
Edit 2: Congratulations Kanon, you are now the first character that I have ever muted in a VN.

I loved Angel Beats, but probably because it was one of the first anime I watched (other than Dragon Ball Z).
I looooooved music in Angel Beats! So heartwarming.

The only thing good about AB is that there will be a game for it and we can all pretend that's the only thing done for AB. None of the anime fail.

I didn't like My Song too much....it was sorta meh compared to Ichiban no Takaramono....both the acoustic and karuta version are amazingly soothing.

I love Angel Beats! now, but I have a feeling that the fail will hit me like that pendulum trap that's hit the characters so many times already -_-
Edit: The female gen V Pokemon heroine looks like Kyouko from Madoka D:

Overall, I think that angel beats was decent (with a lot of fails) with awesome music. It just didn't live up to its hype of being the anime to surpass Clannad. There is only so much that you can cram into 13 episodes.

So, I'm trying to burn claymore onto DVD, but I can't get it to burn with the subtitles. Is there a way to DL the subtitles somewhere and just put them on manually?

Hm, I have DVD-R's. Is that the problem? I've never used these for actually burning video since they are from work, but I wanted to give it a go.

If you just want to burn anime onto a DVD, and then play them on your computer, you shouldn't have any problem at all.
But if you want to play them on a DVD player, to like watch them on a TV or something, I think you need some sort of special software to burn it, to get them in the right format. I had a friend who used to burn Anime like that, to watch them on a DVD player, but I forget how he did it. But I know he needed some special program to do it.

You'll need to demux the mkv file, extract the subtitles, and convert it into a readable format. However, this will probably destroy any and all typesetting that the subbers may have done.
An alternative would just be to download hardsubbed avis.

SRW 22: + Show Spoiler +SRW is the only anime out there that can be a good episode, and disappointing at the same time lol
Don't get me wrong, the episode was good. But I wanted another episode 15. What I got was The School stuff, and then Zengar and Wodan fight for a bit, and crash through the ceiling... And then they didn't beast everyone! I think that means they are going to save Zengar killing all the machine children and Feff for later. Probably when they do Tatsumaki Zankantou.
The Zengar vs Wodan fight they did show wasn't episode 15-eque either, which was kinda disappointing.
Next week, Alteisen Riese!!

+ Show Spoiler [G-sen chapter 2] +While the kidnapping part of the chapter was done nicely, the immediate aftermath I felt dragged on for far too long. I got bored enough to start abusing ctrl in some sections. So as far as I can tell, Maou knows that he's Kyousuke, but not vice versa? At times it seems like he knows of his alter ego, but other times it's like he's completely oblivious. It's weird. I started laughing when Tsubaki began beating the crap out of her brother. I wanted to do that all chapter long. Her descent into the "dark side" was pretty amusing overall. Tsubaki's route was kinda meh. The only part I really liked was the end when Kyousuke's escape plan is revealed. It tied in neatly with those seemingly insignificant phone calls earlier in the chapter, which I thought was great. Now for some Haru. I swear, she gets all the best lines. Plus she's hilarious when she's flustered. ![[image loading]](http://imgur.com/XHPYC.jpg) ![[image loading]](http://imgur.com/qDj28.jpg) ![[image loading]](http://imgur.com/s6wKW.jpg) ![[image loading]](http://imgur.com/UAc4p.jpg)
I beat Sanger! \o/ I was almost positive that he was going to OHKO somebody with colossal blade, but fortunately, his targets always managed to survive with like 100-200 hp left. The next few levels have seemed so easy in comparison haha.
Edit: I'm honestly not sure what to make of the Tiger & Bunny PV.
