I dunno why the voices don't stream when I use XSplit so I'm stuck on LS. Gonna do a playthrough of Caucasus.
Was pretty torn about reading this (playing this, according to reviews) because it got really bad reviews. I mean like 60-70 range. Most of the reviews centered on the terrible difficulty level of the game, how impossible it is to actually get through it without a walkthrough, and how the setting/premise (the game takes place over 4 days) really made it impossible to "get to know" the characters, and so the ensuing H-scenes and the like all feel contrived, + you don't feel sad over the death of characters, the "trick" is too simple, and the villain isn't remotely psychotic compared to KnS. The protagonist is also some sort of short-sighted lovefag. In short, it doesn't come close to reaching the level of its predecessor.
That said I'd imagine the game itself, at least a single playthrough should be fairly short. I mean, why else would they be complaining about the inability to "get to know" people, right? So I'ma give this a shot. At least one playthrough, without using a walkthrough, to see if I'm interested enough to at least gun for the true end. I'm gonna do my best to not give up on it in the middle (as opposed to yesterday's fiasco hahahah).
I know Ecael was looking forward to me being squeamish but I don't get the impression I'll feel that way for this one. It's just not as messy and creepy.

Nice, I get back and Southlight is streaming.
My only complaint is that your game sound is incredibly loud compared to your microphone. :/

But the movie trilogy got really popular, and then the Gundam empire was established.
Ah, I read about it a bit because it got me interested. Looks like it's all thanks to the Gundam models which is, of course, understandable. After that, the kids got interested and flooded the theaters/watched the rerun(s).
Gundam was not popular when it first aired, and was in fact cancelled before the series was intended to end. The series was originally set to run for 52 episodes and was cut down to 39 by the show's sponsors, which included the original toymakers for the series. However, the staff was able to negotiate a one month extension to end the series with 43 episodes.
When Bandai received the licensing to the show's mecha, however, things changed completely. With the introduction of their line of Gundam models, the popularity of the show began to soar. The models sold very well, and the show began to do very well in reruns and even better in its theatrical compilation. Audiences were expecting another giant robot show, and instead found MS Gundam, the first work of anime in an entirely new genre, the mecha drama or the 'real robot' genre as opposed to the 'super robot' genre.

Anyway, I finished the second movie. So far, it's what you would expect from summary movies. It does exactly that but messes some things up as well. Matilda and her plane are seen in a situation which didn't involve her and she even says something (useless). Also, Ryu dies like 2 minutes after Matilda died which is weird(in terms of the pacing) as well. What I don't like as well, they left out how Garma's girlfriend tries to avenge him and dies in the process which leads to Amuro's...hm, confusion(not sure how to describe that state). He is in that state but they don't show the reason for it. They skipped Char's sabotage act as well. The most annoying change is that they always talk about newtypes: newtypes here, newtypes there. This guy is a newtype, this girl is one, that guy over there is probably one too etc -.-
Since Proleague starts soon, I will watch the last movie at a later point. I wonder whether they changed the ending a bit. If they didn't do that, then there is no reason to watch the movies unless you haven't seen the series and are fine with the messed up stuff.
And the shit finally hits the fan. This should've happened 12 episodes ago.
Subaru was pretty awesome in this episode. Unfortunately, Fate/Nanoha/Signum still did next to nothing. But there's still 9 episodes left for asskicking, I suppose.
I posted this a couple pages back, but it was on Niconico, so you might not have been able to watch it. So here it is on youtube:

Hmmmmk I feel like streaming a Visual Novel or a SRPG right now what should I stream? Eien no Aselia, SeiNarukana, Clannad, Kanon, or Super Robot Wars? btw why is Justin TV app limiting my number of streams? maybe I should switch to Ustream or Livestream? http://www.livestream.com/blasterion?t=221572
Hm, we need a post with recommendations for subs. I wanted to go with EnG for Turn A Gundam because it has the highest ratings. The only comment "criticizes" the translation though. Another group(AG) whose ratings aren't that good has two comments which say that the translation is top-notch and that is what matters the most(imo). But those two could be part of the group and are just writing bs. I can't know that. That's why it would be useful to have such an overview.
I'm having a hard time getting through GSen because I hate the main character, I'm only on chapter 2, so hopefully he'll change as the game goes on. + Show Spoiler +
I'm still trying to figure out what the twist is going to be, is he going to have dual personality or be actualy possessed by a deamon? neither of those?
Not enough Signum. The shot of her without her ponytail was pretty awesome though. She looks pretty decent with blonde hair too.
Hayate suited up and everything, but she didn't do a thing. I guess her attacks are more suited to wide scale destruction though, so she's not really usable with all the mages flying around.
Erio and Caro can die in a fire.
The last two episodes were kinda unintentionally hilarious. It was like everyone was in a hurry to move around the Cradle, so instead of walking there, they just blast holes through the ship. I guess a straight line is the shortest distance between two points.
Mandatory token appearance
My thoughts exactly.
"A bit"? Yeah...
Now you see her...
Now you don't. Good to see that she's doing Divine Buster justice finally.

Sorry But thanks for watching, hahah.
I think the game was par for the course for my expectations... it got bad reviews for a reason, and the reasons were pretty apparent in those two playthroughs ;p
Edit: Also, I remain convinced that that maid will kill someone eventually. THOSE EYES.

I don't really like Gosick. I think the show is just barely decent, and the plot/mysteries suck for a mystery show. Although I'm still watching it, because Victorica is cute. The best part of the show is easily the OP and ED songs. Both are great, I'm waiting for their full version to be published.

The thing is while watching these types of anime you shouldn't think too much and just watch, I think the rest of the day and at work, I don't think when i watch anime. For me it takes out of my enjoyment when I think about anime

I went with AG IIRC, and I didn't really have any problems with the subs. And it looks alot better than the old H-L subs for Turn A as well.

wtf lol. Stalker much?
What the heck is going on here? lol
I thought he was a girl at first. =/
See, StrikerS wasn't THAT bad, was it? At least better than the *yawn* boring most of Season 1. The awesomeness at the end more than made up for the slow start imo
