It ended up being just like the ending of the original, locked in that prison and all. I figured that Masaomi would have surrendered to Ari eventually, but that wasn't what I expected. From Saburou and Mina's points of view, he sold them out, but it was definitely the best choice. It was pretty powerful when Masaomi was second guessing himself while standing over Mina's unconscious body I hate the open ending though. Did Masaomi save Mina? Did Ari kill him? : / Southlight, you were right. Ari=mega bitch. But Masaomi is confirmed as a complete badass. Now if only the rest of the game were to get translated... + Show Spoiler +Yeah you were like "how does this guy end up a hero?" and I was thinking THAT GUY IS AWESOME. I felt much more emotion from the FD oddly enough because of the betrayal scene.
+ Show Spoiler +Yeah, they did a really good job with that. The logical side of me was like "There's no other way. I don't blame Masaomi." But the emotional side agreed with Saburou. I was like "NOOO HOW COULD YOU?" I guess that's what it takes to become a Special High Class Individual though. It's pretty amazing that Houzuki was able to shut his heart away from anyone else for like fifteen years or whatever. At least we got to see what Masaomi is really like. He's actually a good person with noble intentions. I guess that doesn't cut it in the world

I felt much more emotion from the FD oddly enough because of the betrayal scene. + Show Spoiler +Well, even with the open ending of the FD it was still a bit better then the none conclusive ending to Sharin itself. The whole... why was Houzoki so ape shit crazy? Why did he let them go? What was his real aim? Like, what the fuck? Even so it was engaging enough to where I just wanted to keep going.
+ Show Spoiler +Masaomi probably let them go because he can admit defeat, as evidenced by the FD. He was probably ashamed of himself for being tricked by Morita. And it's not like he'd object to Morita and Ririko reforming their society. They were basically gonna do what Masaomi couldn't. It's too bad that the canon end is Morita just settling down with Nacchan.

Yeah, StrikerS kinda sucks, as I've said multiple times in this thread. The only good parts are when it is similar to As
Umineko VN is good. I heard the anime was awful.
And hurry up and get caught up with Madoka lol :p
Edit - I really hope you aren't watching Madoka streaming because it's worth watching properly.

edit : about to start ep3 of Madoka

+ Show Spoiler +I've said this before, but I have to say ti again. Madoka EP3... or really anything of Madoka is not anywhere near the shock value of School Days. Infact, the general setting of the show is dark. The animation and the art are all dark as to portray the general outlook of the anime. Yeah, we lose a "loved" (fanboys) character early who was very easy to like, but it wasn't all that shocking.

+ Show Spoiler +But I feel that Mami's death was the point that there was no way you could fall for Urobuchi's trolling anymore. Yes, it was dark and stuff before, but I don't think anyone expected something so brutal, especially in ep three.

Edit: The title is Yakitate Japan!!
I'm unsure of how popular this Anime is but I absolutely love the casualness of it all and the rather odd direction of the show. It's basically about a show of an energetic kid trying to make a national bread for japan like in France and Italy (Baguette and some Rustic bread!).
What I love the most is that the character is a generic anime hero where he is disregarded as some sap or weak-minded being. Overall a flop and a failure in the eyes of everyone else. Admittedly, he does have a "special" ability, but regardless. The show is creative, silly and interesting.
However, I can never get too far into the series ):
P.S: Image is the Manga form of it. But it's an Anime series as well.

Maybe this will help prove how unpopular it is, but what is the name of that anime? Lol.

I've omitted the name so my theory that it may be rather unpopular cannot be debunked!
Between you and I though: + Show Spoiler +

I was part of Snoopycool, heh. I hate that manga.

It sounds like a faily lulzy idea. Worth a shot, I guess. Once I clear a few series from my backlog D:

Wow that was weird lol I don't know if I should spoiler it since it's been a few weeks already but just in case ... Also, no, I don't watch it in streaming.
+ Show Spoiler +Mami was all happy and stuff and suddenly, out of nowhere, puf. Talk about an unexpected turn of events... I thought Madoka or her friend would become Puella Magi in a rush or something but someone dying like that ? Wow. This is getting really interesting. ^^ Also, the graphics are really interesting as well. I don't know if it's common but I though it was weird at first but I kinda like it actually. Anyway, it's getting pretty late here so I'll watch the next episodes tomorow.

Hm...yeah, with a heavy emphasis on "relatively"
Gundam Wing: Popularity: #197 Macross 7: Popularity: #1198
Dunno if that will give you any idea. Maybe "reasonably" high would fit better. Anyway, it's by no means unpopular.
