oh when I talk about OPs or EDs I'm mostly referring to the music unless specified otherwise. I think when you're talking about it it's mostly about the visuals so probably not talking about the same thing here
That being said, yeah I do agree on the first sentence (haven't seen Kokkoku so can't talk about that). It's nothing outstanding OP-wise (on a visual pov) but it imo just fits really good somehow. Both the show as well as the music. Not a fan of the early parts when we're talking about the visuals. The "skybox" they made out of still images looks decent enough while it's just that one picture in the background moving slightly to the side but when you see more than one it looks weird to me. + Show Spoiler [this (pic)] +
part, with the three parts of it ... floating (?) away from each other a second later just looks odd to me.
But I can forgive that because of what we're getting during the chorus. The image of that tent blasting through the sky on rockets and the pictures of the girls just fit this so perfectly. Just good, lighthearted fun.

Yep there is a manga and I think it was originally a LN. Tho be warned if you don't like gore/edgelord things you won't like the first 1 or 2 chapters (dunno how much more it has after that tho so someone else would have to elaborate).
Yeah it's originally a LN. The first few chapters are far more gruesome than what comes after but the manga in general has made all the violence and edgy shit even more edgy than it originally was, the manga is still an overall good adaption of the story but i feel like the person in charge of it decided that maybe making it as edgy as possible would sell more? I don't know.
The LN will often imply that something horrible happened, the manga will instead just show the horrible thing happening in great detail.
I'm gonna assume the anime will go the route of the LN, which i'd also prefer personally.
The title of the story basically gives away what it's about though, it's about a dude who slays goblins.
Funnily enough when the anime was first announced I tried a bit of Goblin Slayer and hated it because I heavily dislike those types of series but it led me to try Berserk which is now one of my favorite manga of all time, being the only series that transcends my distaste for that type of content.

NO SPOILS. I still need to finish S1 then wait for S2 Blurays. I will say that Akari is the most adorable little thing ever. In fact that whole family just brightens my day. So much pain yet so much love. Makes me tear up just typing about them.
Started watching sorayori. 1 ep in so far and it's got me hooked, will probably binge all of it today. Wish meme sites didn't spoil the last (or 2nd to last?) episode where shirase stares at a laptop. Made me tear up knowing that, even during the first episode.
Just watched Franxx upto the latest.. This show is some good shit haven't been hyped with an ongoing show for a long time. Also probably one of the only beach episode that actually progressed instead of being normally fanservice
Ok i like the angle that Mitsuki-Kokoro are going. They're probably pretty much the ones that's gonna explore "old world" concepts like the book that Kokoro has picked up which might mean that they might be the secondary deviants next to ZeroTwo-Hiro(still think they're gonna break a lot of rules later)
Also bonus since unrequinted love didn't get pandered
