+ Show Spoiler + Even after all that I still find it super creepy that she still calls him just "brother". Even though they are suppose to be in love, but now she's studying abroad? I knew I should of just left this crap alone. I didn't even really care for Da Capo the first time I watched it. Now they'll introduce some new little shits to fill back up the Harem aspect. My problem is even when I hate a show I'll usually always still suffer through it and see it until the end.

+ Show Spoiler + Congratulations Reinhard. You hold the universe in your hand. The beginning of 54 really explained exactly my thoughts on this battle. Like Reinhard, I couldn't be satisfied with such a victory, because he obviously lost the battle. Lost the battle, but won the war, eh? A man of honor like Reinhard probably can't accept that. Especially since it's his first defeat ever. I'm happy he didn't get killed, but I'm very sad for him as he doesn't have anything left for him to do. He officially became the emperor, defeated the Alliance and Phezzan and everyone but a few pockets of resistance is his subject. But what could he do now? Yang retired and that's just great for him. He is not made to be a soldier. I'm happy he is not working under Reinhard, but I would have truly enjoyed a friendship between the 2. I enjoyed their argument about democracy versus dictatorship. I hope they'll meet again. After thinking that Reinhard is better than Yang at strategy and Yang better than Reinhard at tactics, I thought that Kircheis may have been better than Yang at tactics. I guess we'll sadly never know... I'm still crying Kircheis death! But as Reinhard said, if Kircheis was still alive, Yang probably would have been dead. You can't beat 2 geniuses.

You can't beat 2 geniuses. + Show Spoiler + Reinhard in general is better at Strategy, while Yang is better at Tactics. Reinhard's strategy won him the war, while Yang's tactics almost took Reinhard's life. As for Kircheis, I dunno how good he would have been one way or another, although he definitely would have been very good. He was the only person at Amlitzer that Yang wasn't able to take advantage of, but he didn't live long enough to show just how good he was. Also, lots of people consider season 3 to be even better than season 2, so you aren't done with the great parts yet ![]() What did you guys think of Muller at Vermillion? The guy is a badass. Since they killed off all the incompetent admirals off in the first season, all thats left are just badasses like Mittermeyer, Reuenthal, Muller, and tons of others.

Yes, the actual arcs progress the story, but they do not provide you with much info about Keima's character. In addition, the filler episodes are actual chapters in the manga, and were aired in the anime in the same spots storywise as they were in the manga. Not quite, I clearly remember ep 12 was chapter 6 in the manga, so while the "filler episodes" were in the manga, they were not in the same order. I do agree that the first 8-10 arcs(girls) in the manga show little to no development in keima, so it is hard to show character development this early when the show really needs to continue for a few seasons before it can pick up.

What? Ep 12 was the end of the Shiori arc, right? That was chapter 16 in the manga. Ep 8 was the cake filler ep, and that was like chapter 12 and 13 I think, right before the Shiori arc in both. Ep 4 (the glitchy game chapter) was like chapter 6 or something, between Mio and Kanon arcs in both.

I hate the alliance government so much. I no longer like Mariendorf. Way to ruin everything. Muller? I guess he's okay. This was hilarious though: ![]() Whatever happened to getting revenge? ![]() @DCLXVI: I just checked, and you're right. The order of fillers is changed, but since they were all taken from the earlier chapters, I guess I remembered wrong.

If Reinhard had come up to that plan instead I would have been all for it, but Yang clearly won there... About Muller, I guess he's okay. Don't know enough yet really. But I liked how he was going from battleship to another against Yang.

+ Show Spoiler + The animations and artwork in this show suck me in so deep that I hardly care at all that I'm watching middle school girls. It isn't really too cute at all either to distract from the obvious dark undertones of the show. Sucks for Mami, but I sort of saw it coming after the slight build up in emotion and everything before that with this not being a run of the mill witch.

That chapter was the reason why I started reading the manga. The cake chapter was after that (chapter 11), but ep 8 in the anime. The glitchy game was also after chapter 6, and iirc also after the cake chapter but I am not sure.

For some reason I thought that the show was 13 eps. -_-

The series is part-way into the cell games and it's at its best point so far. It just keeps improving. I'd like to hear other ppls opinions on the show o.o.

Dragon Ball Kai is just DBZ without the filler, right? I mean, it would probably be great for someone who never watched DBZ, but as someone who already has, not much point in rewatching it.

Yeah it's pretty much that, but they also reanimated major fights and rehashed some of the fight choreography. I recommend at least checking out the latest few episodes for an idea on how awesome they made it if there's any fanboy left in you ![]()

Also finished Ghost Hunt last night and I must say it was avery good anime and the doll house chapter was pretty cool. I just wish + Show Spoiler + Mai wasn't so unsure of herself with her dreaming, I was constantly annoyed by her denying of being ESP the entire show ![]()
