Exact same thing happened to me. Just kept on going, watching nothing but Gintama.

Hm, I felt like tabbing out during the episodes and that's a bad sign. I only watch the first 6 episodes but still. I'm a little angry at myself because less and less shows or media in general can hold my attention consistently when consuming them. I feel like growing to be a retarded kid that can't hold still and can't concentrate for longer than 5 minutes on things I'm not 100 % engaged in. -.-'

Did you just quote my post from a few weeks ago?^^

Alright so i gave Sakurasou another try out of boredom. It turns out i actually like it (Mashiro is slowwitted but she's actually pretty entertaining so it's w/e)
I got upto ep 15

Been having the same issues the last couple of months, I miss the days when I could binge a show like HxH 2011 in one week

So I started watching Honey and Clover. Didn't realize it was by the same author as 3-gatsu. No wonder I have a lump in my throat after only 3 episodes. Dam man.

next girlish number is already out on HS emnjay. Just gimme a time when I need to be online again~
Time to rewatch New Game! again. What a godly show

: / At least I'm not the only one... I want to change it but I don't really know how. In the meanwhile, the new pokemon is freaking compelling, which is a game for children which has been using the same formular for the past 20 years. I think my brain is messed up, lol.
@Toad: Just watch something older you never watched that's actually worth it.
And yeah Numy, I realised that a few days ago, too. Bumped up Honey & Clover on my to do list.

The new pokémon games are great, nothing wrong with you being hooked by them.
I've personally been watching a lot less anime the past 4 months but that's because i've been incredibly busy. Kind of want to have more time to just sit back and enjoy seasonal stuff again

Bumped up Honey & Clover on my to do list. Should check it out. Only a few eps into season 1 but loving it quite a lot. She's really freaking good at writing characters. Often you find writers flatten characters into rather simple easily defined entities but human life is often more complicated than that. So far she doesn't seem to do that. In 3-gatsu even with Akari you get a hint of how sad her life really is due to the sacrifices she had to make for her family, yet she so desperately tries to be a good happy person.
I kind of went off on a tangent there. Yamada just breaks my heart man. Rika too, Shuuj as well. Hell they all do. Scratch that. Don't watch this. Maybe stop 3-gatsu as well. Why do we do this man. Just stick with lewd shows with good fan service.

K, I'll probably start watching it once I finished my Kemonozume rewatch. I would rather watch some show that gives me emotional impact and make me feel down for a bit but in the end I feel enlightened because it was good than watching some cheap ass fanservice show that either bores me to death or makes me angry...

Time to rewatch New Game! again. What a godly show I'm at work till 6 and won't be home till 7. And I got raid at 7:30. Maybe we can squeeze it in before raid, or you can wait till 10ish when raid is over.

That's a lot more reasonable for me considering that I can do a good amount of work from home~

Oh yeah, was wrong by 1 hour 08:00 GMT (+00:00) (hawaii GMT-10 according to google). If only other people knew about that neat piece of code or had I just typed that out myself instead of calculating at 1 in the morning
wait, my calculation wasn't wrong. That's what I said up there~

Gintama's author is a comedic genius.

When it comes to Honey and Clover...that is the one where the loli mc girl looks like a toad/alien in some of the drawings right? Did not look like I would like it from what I read about it.
|
Yea she's super small and the one guy keeps dressing her up in weird clothing to take pictures.

Girlish Number 8: Pretty boring for me, especially when compared to that godly episode that was #7. We still got plenty of Kazuha and Momoka but just all pretty straight forward stuff you'd expect. Nothing that made me go "oh I really like that scene". Neither from a dialogue nor from a Character pov.
