Watched Joker Game ep1 just now. + Show Spoiler + A little overdramatic and the MC is kind of retarded. Has he really been teached to be a spy as well? All in all it was quite decent though, could become good. | ||

+ Show Spoiler + Amusingly, someone has compared dates with the events in Schwarzesmarken, and other set dates we already know in the setting. The actual anime takes place in early 1983. Muv-Luv Alternative gave us a map showing Germany being overran in 1984, but how soon after the anime ended did this happen? Operation Neptune was March 1983. It can be assumed there are a few weeks between that and the Coup in the anime, followed by that 3 month time skip, so the anime actually ends in around June. The next hard date we know in the setting after that is September 1983, where there is a short story of Hamburg, West Germany, being evacuated in the face of a BETA assault, because Germany has been overrun. Which would mean that not only did Katia's unification talks with West Germany fail (seeing as its still West Germany at the time), East Germany was most likely overran and destroyed within mere weeks of the anime's happy ending. 10/10 ending timing lol | ||
