Fate/Extra sucked anyway, so at least the only thing that will happen from a Shaft produced F/E is lots of fanservice and head-ache inducing art.

I didn't play F/E so I dunno much about it. FGO would be interesting though. Jeanne and Shielder animated? yes plz and they have a lot of characters they could throw in who were cool like Nero or Mordred.
Shaft doing a Fate series kinda sounds hilarious though.

I heard ccc is way better than its prequel so if they get to that, I think it'll be good. Also, tamamo no Mae getting animated will be nice.

F/E is only worth for Red Saber. And considering Shaft is only good for fanservice, at least there is that to look forward to. Otherwise its essentially SAO meets Digimon. And the gameplay is literally rock paper scissors.

so finally finished F/Z
I thought the 2nd season (or 2nd part, MAL has it split as s1 and s2), was tons better than the first part at first. Also inb4 massive amounts of hate because I have no idea what I'm talking about and you guys all love this series but as it went on it kind of felt overdone on the drama part for me.
Not cheap or melodrama-esque, just too much in a short timespan. I don't want to say it felt rushed but I would have preferred some more episodes inbetween rather than this back-to-back everyone is dying every episode.
That's probably on me for having finished season1/part1 a year ago and going right at it with s2. So if you watch all together it might be better.
Overall a good watch, I didn't really expect to enjoy it as especially the first part really isn't my kind of thing, the 2nd part more so but I did enjoy both a lot nonetheless and couldn't stop watching once I started getting into it again, so that's a good thing.
Also despite having asked yesterday... I just realized there's a UBW movie, a UBW 1-episode special and the UBW 2-cour out... I thought there's just the 2-cour ... what's with this madness. /// Oh I think my UBW has the 1 episode special. It starts at episode 0 rather than 1?

UBW movie is just condensed UBW 2-cour series. Like, really condensed. Can probably ignore it and just watch ufotable series. Think the 1 ep special is an epilogue of UBW route, unless there was another ep 0. etc etc.

speaking of things I didn't understand: + Show Spoiler +what stopped the woman in the airplane from landing the airplane in some distant place, them cutting her out from the cockpit so she doesn't have to go through there and then just blowing the whole thing up after she's out with zombies still inside?
Sure, she might not be able to land it but if she crashes during landing and it all explodes à la michael bay that's not really an issue either and should deal with the zombies as well.
I guess not enough gas to get somewhere else where no other people are?

But then there is lots of risk involved in all of those scenarios. Its not just the zombies, you are forgetting what caused the outbreak in the first place. Think about it a bit. + Show Spoiler +yes but I'd say the chance of even just one bee making it out alive is bigger if you make the plane explode close to the airport. It's not like he threw a nuke at it. It was "just" a missile and bees can fly so if the plane is close enough to land and low enough for the bees to survive that's a real possibility, isn't it?
If you just try to land the plane in some deserted area or out on the sea (no idea if that's actually possible or if that's just a movie-thing) and then blow the whole thing up properly it really shouldn't be any more risky.
I guess if she fails the landing and the plane rips apart without going full Michael Bay that would be worst case scenario though. But still in a deserted place.
