Completed
Gate S2 : Average. The cast exploded in size (lots of Secondary characters). The SDF is too good + invincible. The enemy is retarded.
Erased : I'm still unsure about the ending, but the first half of the show is a 10 for me. The later parts might drag the overall score down a little.
God Eater : After the delay fiasco, the show ended strongly with the last 3 episodes. Although the story has flaws, It was visually pleasing and the music was godly (hehe). Really looking for that soundtrack! Any idea if there is going to be a 2nd season? The cliffhanger at the end is such a tease, I don't like that :S

Durarara is over, and my only complaint is + Show Spoiler + Mikado never got clued in to Anri's being one of the Saika wielders. Or maybe what Saika even is. One fight at the ball field, and then he got stabbed before they could share secrets (or Anri could go completely badass with Saika). Ah well. Maybe if they ever do a follow-on story.

+ Show Spoiler [Durarara] +The trio's story was still boring. Easily the weakest part of the series.
Shinra, Celty, Shizuo, and Varona all got a nice ending, and it was well deserved too. The development of these four was fun and enjoyable.
Izaya got fucked. In hindsight, I'm not really sure what his grand plan was supposed to be.
There's still all the Durarara SH vols, if they ever decide to adapt that.

Lol fate/extra anime incoming made by shaft Nero finally getting to be in a real anime and not just a small cameo-apperance in Carnival Phantasm
Also heaven's feel will be a trilogy of movies, thank fucking god, there was no way they could turn it into an even remotely enjoyable experience in only 1 movie

Is Durarara ended ended? Does that mean I can power watch latest season then Celty is no longer in my life?><
|
There's a sequel series called Durarara SH that may get adapted someday, but there's only four volumes so far.
I'm excited for a legit Fate/Extra anime and hope they use girl Hakuno. Now if I could just roll Casko for my Saber Bride in FGO...

So that means I'll have to do the emnjay route: watched fsn s1 (that is part 1 and only part 1 of the 2-cour), never continued watching after 3 days of pause inbetween, watch Fate/Extra without having seen anything inbetween anyways because shaft o/
Actually this is 2017, this might be what I need to go through the entire thing.

Apperently it's also blocked in the US. At least that's what proxytube tells me.

What's the opinion of Gundam Orphan compared to other recent Gundam shows/movies/OVA? (Origin / Unicorn...)
I dropped it awhile ago and seeing how people seem to have enjoyed it on Reddit, I was wondering if it was worth giving it a 2nd try
|
IBO is alright, abit slow at times, feels like no one is getting anywhere otherwise it's ok. It keeps teasing and hinting about interesting things so i'm hopeful atleast.
I feel IBO lacks an aspect that Gundam Seed did very well and it was the escalation of weapons/tech. It starts out with Mobile suits having big swords and axes, shooting physical projectiles because that's all thats needed. After Phase Shift armor is introduced Beam Weaponry gets more and more prevalent. Always really liked how it progressess naturally in Seed without shoving it in your face.

Well, Mika does get a certain new weapon for his Gundam later on, and wreck some ass with it, so there is some weapon progression in a sense. It's not a selling point of the show, though. I've been enjoying it.

I dropped it awhile ago and seeing how people seem to have enjoyed it on Reddit, I was wondering if it was worth giving it a 2nd try It's pretty bad. The show started out with an alright premise, but then they squander pacing for some petty character drama and it all goes downhill from there. The trainwreck that is the final episode is just the cherry on top.
Edit: Schwarzesmarken final ep felt like it was just going through the motions. Ending on a positive note is also pretty amusing considering their circumstances.
