Irisdina probably lives. It'd be kinda silly if her grand plans fell through because she dies. MC could probably "carry on her will" or whatever, but he doesn't seem smart enough to pull it off.

Anett probably dies to complete her character arc. I'd say she stays behind during a fighting retreat or something.

The only thing I'm left wondering about is where the casualties will come from. Between the Stasi and the BETA, things are up in the air there~
I agree with you ; hoping some MCs die too, to make it more dramatic!

A kingdom for a decent Gundam MC. I really like Zeta so far, but the MC is the exact self-righteous brat Amuro was.

Muv-Luv being a franchise given to massive amounts of character deaths, combined to where Schwaresmarken sits in the timeline, results in a pretty grim future for virtually everyone except possibly some people I know spoilers about.

Not only does it sound really grimdark it apparently is really grimdark in it's source. I really don't see KyoAni adapting that though... KyoAni doing KyoAni stuff not giving a fuck what's in the book and just buying the name while going full lomo again?

Its kyoani. Why do you expect them to follow the source. They will massively change it. I read a similar post to this like when the 3rd episode came out. Its definitely not gonna get grimdark as the mood whiplash would be too much at this point.

Not like anyone is going to buy the source from this anime and IF people really are, they're going to cancel the order the second they see the summary lol

IMO we should stop talking about shitty anime like Phantom World and Konosuba. We should instead talk about great anime, like Gundam Build Fighters. Having just finished rewatching it, I think I can safely say that Gundam Build Fighters is one of the best anime ever. Is it better than whatever your favorite anime is? Unless your favorite anime is Legend of the Galactic Heroes, then yes, GBF is better. Every episode of GBF is great. Watching the show just overwhelms you with the love and care the creators had for the anime.
But for all GBF's greatness, it did have one single flaw, and that is fucking Mihoshi. It sickens me to even type her name. You guys remember that one Date A Live psychopathic murderous bitch whose actions Bigfan approved of, or who Toad forgave because she was "hot"? Yeah, that topic of discussion resulted in like 3 or 4 pages of people rightfully hating on her, or apologist saying its okay to murder people if you are cute. Well, Mihoshi is worse. She is quiet possibly the most evil and despicable character ever featured in fiction. Its hard for me to even type out what she did without raging, but....
