looks like either a perspective problem or someone drew over the wrong line whilst zoomed in and didn't notice
i guess you could tell from the surrounding frames
what's interesting is what process surrounds that sort of mistake
if the shit gets sent off to be frame drawn or coloured by other people, then what initiative do they have in notifying their employer of mistakes, and what capability does the employer have to correct such a mistake? how many different people does it have to go through and how likely is it for someone to say "don't bother, its too late" at that point
working in a small dev team i can see how easily it is for mistakes to go unreported , or for various people down the line to say "don't bother with that" for various reasons
(not saying that happens with my team but i can see how it could happen. communication between staff and clients, and amendments of a product, are certainly a finite thing )

yeah i realise now how easy it is for unfathomably awful content to get passed around and released . devs develop content, managers manage devs, clients only outline content; unless you got a dedicated QA for EVERY aspect of the product it is not impossible for complete garbage to go endlessly through the production cycle without anyone doing a thing about it
