(Occasionally, I do take a break from my monogatari marathon and watch Gundam Orphans + Subete ; but both these shows seem pale compared to the 'non-stop' monogatari session! Subete is good enough, since its a mystery/murder, but Gundam feels weak) The only thing bizarre in S2 is the introduction of Ougi I feel. She just appeared out of nowhere and seems to know everybody. So far, I think the time-travel arc is one of my favourite, but that's because I love pretty much all time-travel stories! Unrelated : Anyone know if there are any chinese animation like anime or Western animation? I'm guessing the answer is yes (without googling). Anything worth watching? Why? My friend wants me to be a translator at his brother's wedding next Summer. I think I need to start practicing my Chinese (since I don't really use it often!) | ||

Chinese anime gives me nightmares from all its quality. Only decent western animation series that comes to mind for me is Avatar. But if you can watch movies, then there a ton of Pixar/Disney movies that you can translate. | ||

Holy shit the animation in the Genos vs Saitama fight, that was amazing. Also that walk animation after the fight, I couldn't hold it, well done. :D Watched the episode 2 times now. Can't get enough of it. + Show Spoiler [Cavalry] + Still entertaining. The writing didn't make any sense again but the conversation in the end was surprisingly refreshing. You don't really see that in this kind of anime. + Show Spoiler [Sakurako-san] + First time fanservice here?^^ Anyways, I like the case, looking forward to the next episode. | ||
