Ushio no Tora + Show Spoiler + Pretty much what i'm thinking aswell. The beast spear is from China X thousand years ago and tora happens to be from China X thousand years ago aswell. He doesn't really have a name, just different names given to him also he's got the big funky hair and squiggles on his arms that looks like a very advanced version of Ushio overtaken by the spear. Was a few other things i felt hinted at it aswell but can't think of them now lol | ||

The headtilt actually made me take a screeny, which says a lot considering that I'm used to shaft headtilts. The scene with the weird colors was too much for me but most of the rest was really nice imo. /Edit/ There also was one scene that looked like garbage and probably just was the standard "SHAFT out of time, need to deliver something to the station". But again, I really liked the episode itself. Just ended up making the bad parts stand out more I guess? + Show Spoiler + and with all the emphasis on Araragi not remembering anything from back then, the theory about Ougi being some part oh him makes more and more sense I think? That'd explain why she knows all that stuff and also why he doesn't | ||

There are so many small hints that you notice her saying once you pay attention to her dialogue with that theory in mind. That aside, I really liked this episode of Owarimonogatari. It had a strange intensity to it, that I did not expect from her just talking for 20 minutes straight without any real action going on. It made her look like a truly broken person that, instead of just stuffing everything into the back of her mind, says all those thoughts out aloud. I don't know, I just found it intriguing and couldn't stop listening to her. But then again, this has always been one of the strongest points of the Monogatari Series in general.
