Boardgame fan myself but nothing anime-esque over here so can't help with that. Have you tried the first 2 episodes of Bakemonogatari by now? Or have you tried 2nd episode of Owarimonogatari? We all love that shit like crazy so always interested in live updates from people who havn't seen it yet :3 | ||

Oh I finished welcome to nhk + Show Spoiler + and I thought the last arc was really weak. The romance was also sort of ironic in that they need to call it a contract . overall I liked the show but I don't thinknthe beginning or the end was very good. Misaki's problem is overdone in so many series and the fact that it wasn't really executed better made it meh to me. I think I like that in the end, no one really fixed their problem but they are still continuing to live anyways. That's cute. | ||

So far, I'm enjoying it although I'm still unsure whether the story is only episodic or if there's some grand scheme that I haven't seen just yet. Episode 3 is about that little girl or so it seems. I do notice the fanservice (the anime itself seems to build itself on it), but so far, nothing over the top I think. Seems to fit the character (Senjougahara). BTW, Senjougahara is love. So... 4 episodes so far : 3x Bake, 1x Owari, this serie seems to have an unique presentation/story. The visuals are great. I haven't noticed the sound/music, so I don't know if it's good. Story doesn't make much sense, though :S I'll keep watching though, I think it has enough qualities so I'll keep watching them, and maybe I'll be able to watch all of the series before resuming Owari! ^^ Thanks for the suggestion! Owari no Seraph S2 episode 1 : I'm surprised I managed to finish season 1. So cheesy | ||

While it does some things incredibly well it completly misshandles others. | ||

That's basically the last of the fan service with Gahara-san until a certain glorious scene with a feline in second series. Bake's fan service kind of makes sense in a very non subtle way, like how Gahara views her body at the start. Nise is a bit crazier but dam does it have some good stuff. Fire sisters ftw. | ||
