I personally loved every bit of it, it felt like a different anime, it brought the HxH series to a whole new level. Netero vs Meruem, the speech. Gon and everything around and in the palace. The details in every fight, the Royal Guards and overal art. Amazing! Coming from an original-anime-fan Fully agreed, but yes, some people here dislike it. Meh, to each his own.

There is no announcement as to when it is going to start in 2016. So if it's fall 2016 there should be enough stuff for a 2 cour right? //Ok guys, I need some recommendations. 1. I need something feel good, no drama please. Nothing pure comedy or purely episodic, a plot line would be nice, so nothing similar to K-ON or so. I have Barakamon and Usagi Drop as contenders but I don't now whether they contain drama or not. Would be nice if someone commented on this. Other suggestions are always welcome. 2. I need something thrilling/engaging. Something that keeps my mind away from thinking too much about other stuff or thinking too much at all. Something that gives you a strong urge to watch the next episode right away. Doesn't matter how, hard cliffhangers and shit, I don't care. Good examples here are probably things like Attack on Titan, Psycho Pass later on, SAO... What I have already watched: http://myanimelist.net/animelist/Miragee?status=2&order=0 What I have on my ptw (so you can pick from there or suggest something completely differen): http://myanimelist.net/animelist/Miragee?status=6&order=0 Thank you very much in advance!

2. Thrilling and engaging? Well people are fairly different but i'd suggest TTGL as far as something engaging goes, but i'm not sure if it'd necessarily call it very thrilling. I personally couldn't stop watching after the series got rolling. Another series that might be worth checking out is Garo, a lot of people probably wont like it but i found it both very thrilling at times and also super engaging outside of a few very hit/miss episodes. Also i heard a lot of people say that Monster is super good for this, going to watch it myself soon with a friend.

I'd personally recommend Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou . It's got the homey feel of it but it's more humor based sometimes humor at the cost of somebody or very green(even the drama functions as something like for comedic purposes lmao) maybe it's not exactly "feel good" but it never makes you feel bad and it doesn't ever feel like the characters ever have serious problems. So you never actually feel stress while it focuses on the comedy side, has SoL aspects of it not limited to "highschoolers" since the cast is made up of people of different age group and a little bit of romance. Imo the start is kinda slow like the introduction episode but it gets really intense fast lol 2. Hmm this one have you tried one piece ? but that maybe too long and you may have to check the episode guide all the time to make sure you are not watching a filler but i can assure it's really really well balanced and can get really funny. but if you want short stuff there's Code Geass (it's generally accepted by everybody) and maybe gundam seed(mecha action) or Black Lagoon if you just want mindless PK

Nothing like a grown childman becoming a parent.

It ends with them saying they need to go to Camelot but I heard the ending is different to what happens in the manga and it messes up some stuff. They rushed past some backstory and certain arcs but I think the specials cover most of it. They missed the whole Skullface guy trying to bust in to save the king so he's still seen as more of an ass than the cool guy he is. Thrasher or something is his name.

As for the thriller, I know it's vague. I watched Monster and it's one of my favourites but it's not exactly what I am looking for. It was too slow paced in the beginning an middle. Not that it's necessarily bad but I need something that keeps me watching with input from myself. The thrilling parts of is definitely what I'm looking for but in a series without dumps. I watched One Piece and I think dropped it somewhere around ep300. Maybe I will pick it up again someday but definitely not now. Rorouni Kenshin, Black Lagoon and Code Geass are probably closer to what I'm looking for. I will start with the OVA's of RK. I assume the "only watch up to ep64" means the episodes after that are apeshit/filler? First Bones with Kekkai Sensen, now ufotable with God Eater. That must be the first time I hear of something that I would call a 1 cour split season. o.O
