And holy shit the Kuusen battle scene in the last ep was so bad lol. No flow at all with awkward brief pauses and against a main villain who has terrible design. (I Swear to god when the main guy said a cheesy line right before he died the baddy made a troll face like the creators know this whole episode was trash tier even by the trashy standards of the series). | ||

Edit: Holy crap that episode of Overlord was bad ass. Anyone who has read the lns know what really caused + Show Spoiler + Shalltear to reset? Was it just an unlucky accident or did someone do it purposefully. I read somewhere that it turns out other players from the MMO are indeed on that world as well. | ||

Overlord LN + Show Spoiler + Well I'm sure there are other players there, but it takes forever to even get a hint. I've read all the fan translated stuff which is on vol 7 and all we have is one clear hint about players and some vague ones. All signs seem to point to it being a coincidence so far. I was bothered by Rolonia's appearance too, but it's a LN you rarely see her and all the characters in the LN are a lot uglier than their anime version. | ||

Way too messy at the bottom to plow through and way too much emphasis on mediocre shows at the top. A lot of descriptions are also missleading imho. I think a genre recommendation chart like the one we have already is much more helpful because it's a lot cleaner. If someone needs more than that he can just ask here or look elsewhere. Why did I list so many new series? Three reasons. First, the footnote at the very bottom says "important", not "best". Popular new series are important because they exist in the anime fandom's minds, cosplays, comments and gif reactions. No thanks. Also it's terribly messy and hard to follow. | ||

There's a good chunk of shows on it that i would indeed recommend to someone new to anime, but those are already in the chart that is already in the mod-note. It seems redundant and it's indeed messy. I also don't like how it uses other series as descriptions for certain series, like using A:TLA for FMA:B without any other description, what if a person hasn't watched A:TLA? Then they have no fucking idea what the chart is trying to say. It's just not very good imoimo | ||
