No seriously, I don't get why being manly is equivalent to mindlessly shouting dumb phrases while flexing your muscles and protecting helpless women and children by defeating bears with your bare hands. I mean, Jojo is probably exactly what he is looking for but still. I guess my point is rather that I'm not into this whole gender split regarding behavior. Calling ORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORAORA/MUDAMUDAMUDAMUDAMUDA manly is the same as calling a man acting "accordingly" to his gender being dumb. Because that's what it is.
To answer your actual question: I think LotGH is "manly" because it revolves mostly around men in most of the main roles, offering a wide variety of characters stuck in a society-assigned role based on their gender but each character approaches this differently.
TL;DR: I dislike the use of the word "manly".

Ok, watched JWWW ep2 and Creepy Shoujo. JWWW was glorious, humor is hit in this one for me. As for creepy shoujo, I asked myself before watching ep1 if it would hold up to the creepiness of the synopsis (which honestly lets chills run down my spine when reading it). And it did. This is so creepy it's unbelievable. I'm in shock.
