I forgot what you liked
The big ones this season, depending on what you're into: UBW (duh, it's Fate. You'll know wether or not you like it) OreGairu s2 (if you watched s1, go watch it. If you havn't not a thing for you) Shokugeki no Souma (foodporn, quite literally) DanMachi (OP Shounen-harem with RPG elements) Mikagura (mindless comedy)
heard good stuff about Arslan (action?) and Kekkai Sensen (action?) but I'm not watching them, so no idea if that was people being serious or trolling. Other than that there would be Kiniro mosaic s2 if you're into cute, japanese girls talking english, Nisekoi s2 (harem, romcom direction) but that's not really as good as s1 has been imo, Ore Monogatari!! (shoujo, romance, comedy) and Uta no☆Prince-sama if you're into that kind of thing.
Oh and Gintama is currently airing as well but same with UBW, you should already know yourself wether you like that or not. The season before that... was really bad. Ignore it and move on.

There are people who plan to watch certain old shows, so I dunno why spoiling them would be okay. Being a dick and going out of your way to spoiler someone watching an old thing is one thing, and shouldn't be allowed. But on the other hand, if I'm talking about Macross DYRL with someone who has also already seen it, I don't want to have to spoiler half my post for something like that. If we are going down that slope, why not just have this thread set-up to auto-spoiler everything, since any anime related talk might be a spoiler. Maybe its just hard for me to empathize with people who are so easily spoiled. If people are talking about a topic that I haven't seen, but plan to eventually, its easy enough for me to just ignore the whole thing. Like for example, I was able to go like 7 years ignoring spoilers about Higurashi, despite its popularity, and was able to ignore spoilers about Rewrite, despite a flood of constant conversation about it on IRC when it came out. That doesn't answer the question why there should be an arbitrary point of time up to which spoilers are okay. If someone wants to watch Macross DYRL and he reads some major spoiler here, how is that any better than getting a recent show spoiled? I'm not arguing for or against spoiler tags by the way, I just think it's illogical to make a distinction of "old shows"/"new shows" in that matter.
Also it isn't that much effort to use spoiler tags on major plot points when you're discussing a show.
I sort of agree with your second paragraph, I rarely get spoiled here (unless I'm brain-afk and open a spoiler tag I shouldn't have opened) - but it still can happen.

This Silver spoon is too good but it needs to stop teasing Aki pairings. She's too cute and too cold to just dangle as bait dammit.

I think everyone pretty much agrees that major plot points should be spoilered but some people get rage boners for minor details that do not even matter. While there is a lot of responsibility on a poster to use common sense while posting, the reader also has a responsibility to pay attention to what is posted in a thread dedicated to discussing anime.

You don't get to decide what's a major spoiler or not. Be considerate. This thread is not only meant for you guys. You can discuss anime without spoiling it for other people, that's easy. I do it all the time and I'm sure I watch more stuff than you.
|
Or just do it like me, never discuss actual anime. In fact that's what 90% of thread is anyway.

I'm gonna be so sad if Ufo doesn't go the yuri route

You know it's not going to go yuri route zzz

Shut up Neo you heathen. You don't deserve to see their beautiful love!
Silver Spoon too good. Aki too cute. Komaba too stubborn, calve birthing too disgusting.

On Kekkai Sensen/Arslan: Kekkai Sensen is solid. It's action, over-the-top with some silly humor. Also high production values, incredible backround art and good soundtrack. Arslan is probably solid as well, although I find it pretty boring atm. It's medieval about war, politics/intrigue and also has some adventure flair to it. The story moves slow but it's not bad by any means.

He has been very tsun lately. That would explain it. His words may cut deep, make me cry and feel depressed but I now know it's all because he's just a tsundere expressing his love.
