I should've just dropped it. Episode 3-6 were pretty weak, especially 3+4. It got way better later on again (imho). In the end, it was really just guilty pleasure, but it was good at that. It also had the potential to be legitimately good but failed because the plot writing was so freaking incoherent. | ||

The thing is that this war arc has a big 'plot hole' because the real no.1 dude is not even near the central of this fight, granted he wiped out the area he was sent to deal with .. | ||

I think World Trigger would have been really amazing if it was done like Seven Deadly Sins was or HxH. The budget/animation detracts from what is a rather cool show by so much. I took it as the guy didn't come to the fight because everything is happening so quickly but ye seems a bit weird. | ||

Kind of makes me wish it would get an anime adaption, wouldn't need more than 1 cour for a full adaption, infact 10~11 episodes is probably plenty. | ||

In other news, I started Parasyte, 9 episodes in now. A lot of it panders to me like crazy. I love the creepy, weird and badass looking parasites, short and fast paced fights and a lot of the dialouges. The theme is also pretty cool. There were a couple of plot holes and some stupid clichés (Shinichi's interaction with Murano, lol). And that random harem, lol - I'm glad that it's really in the backround and seems to decompose itself right now. Overall, I'm pretty hooked and I'm glad that I initially waited for it to finish airing. It's a lot more enjoyable now and I know I would have hated some of the cliffhangers. | ||

I liked the mimics in the movie more than those in the novel, they were overall scarier/more terrifying. But the one in the novel made more overall 'sense' in a way | ||

Ye I'm the same as you, I stopped watching I think around ep 9-12 and decided to just let it finish to marathon it. Murano as a character can't even be saved by Hanakana :<. | ||
