Grooming is what they typically use in that situation. Refers to adults taking an underage person and "preparing" them to be involved in a relationship post age of consent. Typically illegal to my knowledge. Japan's age of consent is rather low and seems like it involves the family so maybe they are fine with that.
edit: Ah I was slightly incorrect. The proper usage is for engaging in relations underage not just for post age of consent. Either way there's at least colloquialisms where it can refer to a "cougar" involved with a younger male.

I'm not sure there really is a word for it.
She does function as a sort of wingman though, or well, wingwoman i guess. But only as long as it plays into her own plans.

MC is more or less an adult in this series, so atleast he isn't underage. But yeah, incest undertones for sure.

+ Show Spoiler +Well, i can't remember how well the series goes into it early on but he basically hasn't had any real contact with members of the opposite sex at all and infact was deadly afraid of them until about where the series starts and he decides to turn a new leaf, obviously his fears aren't cured that easily and as such throughout the series he has problems with either coming onto women too aggressively or being far too passive because he has problems understanding what's proper. Basically he's a turboscrub at flirting and foreplay. It's one of the things he has to learn throughout the series, the aunt wants to 'train'/'groom' him into the perfect mate after all. Fun fact, the author is a woman. Maybe she self-inserts as the aunt
