Not a bad start. When you look at the archives of some artists they also had to start somewhere with rough sketches. With practise and time there's potential.

Correct. The choices mod get for handling reports are basically Ban/Warn/Other/Ignore. Other is basically the option for when someone's reporting something for us to deal with that's not about ban/warning. I like those reports because I hate having to ban/warn people.

I think it's nearly impossible for someone from outside Japan to make a living off of Manga. Perhaps you should start off making some as a hobby and if you gain some form of popularity you could then think of being a professional Manga artist. If you enjoy Manga and drawing then there is no harm in making some Manga for fun. Perhaps you should enter some contests? There are a few international ones and probably many local ones in your area. Also keep in mind from the little I know about making Manga, it seems like to be professional takes a lot of dedication so burnout is a real possibility.

I should make a manga too. Except I'll make it easy mode, and only draw robots, since with robots, you don't have to care about pesky things like "anatomy" or "proportions". You don't even have to be on-model. You just draw whatever the fuck you want.
The plot would be something like this... In the future year of 1999, an evil scientist named Shauni will destroy most of Africa with his tentacle monsters and minotaurs. They carve a bloody path of rape and murder, until there is only one African country left, Sweden. In order to defeat the Shauni threat, the construct the Invincible? Super Robot, the SWDX-78E Elembot:

Armed with drills on his shoulders, a laser afro (that fires a laser out of a lens, thus making it hard sci-fi), and flaming rocket punches, its up to Elem to save all the underaged females from the evil Professor Shauni.
But then another robot shows up, with its own mysterious agenda:

This new crazy fuckin Robot beats the shit out of everything, and is really angry. And as if things couldn't get dumber, another robot comes to make it a 4-way clusterfuck, this time with Yuusha poses and lens-flares:

What will happen to Sweden? Will these robots (and whatever else robots I feel like drawing in Paint) eventually work together to defeat Shauni? What will happen to Echoflowne to get it really fucked up and force it to get rebuilt into a more simple design? What about the season 2 badguy, Bigfan? Well I guess I don't really care about season 2 since its gonna suck.

Wanna know something that really helps learning how to draw? Just try to draw. That is to say most people when they draw just scribble a few lines really quick and go "that looks like shit, I can't draw," and then they give up. They're right though it does look like shit, because they didn't even try.
However, if you actually try to draw, take your time and think about where you put lines and stuff not just scribble some stuff on the page, maybe do a few preliminary light lines to scope things out. If things are going badly just start over, even erase stuff (apparently you aren't supposed to erase stuff when learning how to draw, but I'm no expert) you will be surprised at how good your drawing is. It might still look like shit, but it will probably be much better than you thought you could do. And most people are capable of this ( I'd like to think everyone is).
Alternatively, you could just ask Glider for advice, but I don't if God has time for us mortals.
P.S. I suck at drawing but I've been slowly trying to learn.

^ ya, I've heard of that too. The idea is to just keep on trying and doodle too if you don't have the time. Giving a lot of thought to what you're drawing and how things should look helps a lot as well.
