if you can tell us what kind of genre you're looking for this would make it a lot easier on us and it'll probably get you better results. Or tell us what shows you watched so far and ended up liking.
At least Q-vier finally died and Akira survived, so there's always that. But still... what the flying fuck, that Shoko scene in the end. Incredibly odd to end it like that.

I watch like every genre from action to comedy or slice of life drama stuff. What's like the more popular animes of those seasons? Looking back on summer 2013, I already watched watamote and servant x service. I'm definitely gonna watch monogatari when it finishes though.

Fall stuff: monogatari definitely a must watch if you enjoyed Bakemonogatari. Nagi & Elem think Bake was a little better than this season but I actually like this one even more. The season ends this Saturday, that'd be in two days so you can start watching if you already saw Bakemono. If you meant "won't watch until Season 3 is out" that's probably still going to take some time, only Koyomimonogatari out so far, right? Non Non Biyori seems to be pretty chilled and people who are into that kind of stuff seem to like it. Ace of Diamond seems to be good for a sports anime according to irc chat but I can't stand sports anime at all, so I wouldn't know. Log Horizon is quite enjoyable right now and it's 2 cour so it's going to last into 2014. The show itself has a somewhat childish approach, eca would probably call it dumbed down but I really like the watch so far. But yeah, you do realize it's targeted at kids really soon Kill La Kill if you can stand it. I dropped it once I realized it's 2 cour because I thought wouldn't be able to stand the amounts of weird for that long a time but whatever. It's certainly good for what it's supposed to be. Strike the Blood pretty much Index without Index (that's a bonus), without Touma (a huuuuge bonus) but without Mikasa (nooooes ) and without Brocelerator ( ). A bit more into harem than Index but so far it's your SAO harem with every chick just falling for the MC and not your full fledged IS or whatever else harem.
Summer stuff: Silver Spoon a must watch according to pretty much everyone in here. Free! idk, I haven't brought myself to watching that so take this one with a huge graint of salt but it's super popular I guess? Seems more like a "it's weird so I'll watch it" show. Blood Lad was supposedly really funny but I still haven't gotten myself to watch it just yet. It has been on my plan to watch list for ages The World God Only Knows III was popular with people in here. If you liked the first two seasons you'll enjoy it. If you didn't you won't. Haqua was pretty glorious though. Probably shouldn't be in this list though Choujigen Game Neptune The Animation, that shit was hilarously funny but made you feel like a pedophile while watching Maybe Attack on Titan if you're into watching typical action shounens like Naruto. It's incredibly overhyped but some people apparently like it. You'll get you dick cut off if you ever mention it in here, there were huge discussions about this show whenever someone not from this thread got in here talking about the most recent episode and everyone in here despises it with everything they got. Toaru Kagaku no Railgun S, continuation of the first Railgun, the much better sidestory from Index. Watch it if you liked the first one.

The music in the orginal is much better imo. Frontier didn't have a single song which I liked while I have several of SDF Macross on my PC.
Kaze forced convinced me to buy Nana Clips 6 so he could get an extra chance at the lottery for tickets to the Nana Fes concerts. The Nana Clips stuff arrived on Christmas Eve but I didn't have time to get to the post office before it closed for Christmas so I picked it up today.
I opened it and after sifting through several plastic bags, I found out there were more stuff than just the Nana Clips stuff I ordered. Turns out Kaze was secretly also my Secret Santa! \o/ Kaal master plan.
Kagari looks displeased at the additional waifus suddenly in my room.
(Iona's on the back side behind Takao), a Rin picture stand/giant safety pin, a Nana wall scroll, and a Nadeko (da yo!) mini swimsuit figure! HNNNNNG <3 Kaze!!!
The Nana Clips 6 and the poster in front where what I thought were the only things in there.
~Wai! Ichiman yen, ichiman yen!~
Also, my Nana Clips won him one of his two tickets (that he has to pay for -____-) to Nana Fes!!!
PS. Kaze didn't actually declare any of the other stuff on the customs sheet except Rin as a "picture stand" which I didn't pay much attention to. So it definitely caught me off guard to find so much more stuff in here!

If you mean the Railgun manga, sure. If you mean their take on the Sisters arc, sure.
If you mean the rest of the series, with Saten and Uiharu, I'm afraid you're terribly wrong. Index isn't great by any means, but neither is Railgun's attempts at forcing a four-girl group dynamic to give you cute espers doing cute things. It's actually cringeworthy most of the time.

kind of but yeah obviously those were the decent parts and the anime-only ending was pretty cringeworthy but that didn't end up taking that many episodes did it? The only thing noteworthy of that "arc" probably ended up being Saten taking a bath and thus, for the first time, delivering something for the anime. Was more of an Index diss than a Railgun praise to be honest.
I usually put it like this: I like Railgun whenever Mikasa has screentime which usually ends up being episodes dealing with the actual plot. Tends to be cringeworthy whenever you get those slice of life we're-making-a-teaparty-episodes. Index on the other hand is the exact opposite: worth a watch whenever it has nothing to do with story because of it's sidecharacters (mostly accelerator when Touma is not around) but utterly horrible whenever it's about the mainplot because Index and Touma are singlehandedly the worst MC's I've ever seen in an anime. Uiharu and Saten at least don't get that much screentime.
Because those series usually end up having more plot episodes than "filler" episodes I got to my conclusion :3

we already had this discussion. It's his incredibly overkilled righteousness while holding his I'm-a-saint-on-sterioids speeches explaining that he totally understands how villain X ended up in this situation and that he can totally understand how it all went wrong for villain. After all villain had a bad childhood and Touma therefore doesn't want to punch villain in the face but concludes that he has to punch villain in the face because slaughtering babys is a bad thing no matter how much you got bullied when you were young.
All that while you yourself are constantly screaming GOD DAMN IT JUST PUNCH HIM IN THE FACE ALREADY The fact that he actually punches nuns in the face doesn't redeem that fact at all.

On the contrary....
Honestly even though I thought that Index was pretty...not good...I still enjoyed the bits where Touman manned up and socked people silly. Most people don't even do the socking part!

On a related note, my favorite Macross Frontier tracks are the throwback songs to previous Macross animes. Of the flagship titles, I'd say it goes Macross 7>SDF>Frontier, easily. I'd be tempted to put Macross 2 in front of Frontier as well. Not that Frontier had bad music, or anything.
