If you mean how much I enjoyed these shows, I'd say I enjoyed Clannad the most. Angel beats was very good, too, IMO. I didn't really like Air, and I felt a bit meh about Kanon. Of course not sure if you talking VNs or shows. But for me Kanon was only worth it for one girl that he didn't end up with, compared to clannad being pretty much a life changing experience and Angel Beats being a very solid tearjerker. But Clannad and Angel Beats are so good it's hard to put Kanon next to them. And the animation is very good, like anything KyoAni does. | ||

Kanon was a bit slow for me compared to Clannad, but its still definitely worth watching if you liked Clannad a lot. I would have much more appreciated watching Kanon then Clannad so I could just oh so more thoroughly enjoy how much better Key did on Clannad than Kanon. Angel Beats I think is better than Kanon. Although as I've posted before, I didn't feel like the plot was going anywhere for a while, but even then I think its still better than Kanon in almost every other regard. | ||

Air is weak in that animation quality is not as good and suffers alot from shorter duration But it is also the most influential one since it's the first one, it solidifies KyoAni as a top studio, and have one of the most iconic OP ever. As for tearjerker, Air / AS is best(worst?), Kanon and Angel Beats really is not on the same level in this regard. | ||

Thoughts: + Show Spoiler + Very intriguing premise. The pacing, dialogue and animation seems to be really well done. The way they just plunge you into the world without any real explanation reminds me of the beginning of Dune. Looking forward to watching the rest of it. | ||

As usual I spent the time watching throwing tsukkomi at the screen. EDIT - Actually just occurred to me how 50% of the random characters shown are from vol 4, they either plan to do it at some point or is just fucking with people by tossing people that are as of yet completely unrelated to the plot in. Well, whichever it may be they made some pretty weird options in terms of choosing who to show. | ||
