i liked the ending though, but yeah. season 2 sucked. you can tell an anime is going to shit when they disregard everything else about the world to focus on some conflict. this means buzzwords galore. boringggggggggggggggggg.

You have to love School Days <3 Making viewers want to hate the main character in the end. I was actually thinking about this two days ago while in the shower. It's pretty damn realistic that some guys in real life would do the same thing if given the same opportunities. Then it just made me realize in the end how fucking wrong it is to treat women like that, and you should be more faithful and considerate towards their feelings. Anyways thats what I got out of it.

LALUSHHHH. I personally liked R2, but that's just my opinion. Although in terms of emotions that were evoked the first season couldn't be beat. I was LITERALLY depressed for one week after Euphie died. I was so mixed in emotions after watching that episode.

I did contemplate about that as well. Honestly I do agree that Sekai ruined Makoto's purity that was present in the first episode. Its probably why shes the second most hated character in the show I think.
Edit: Well its also easy to say this wouldn't have happened if X and Y didn't take place. So I guess we can hate on all the characters. Like Kotonoha giving up on Makoto after realizing that he was cheating on her. It would have had a different ending if she had let him go. Or to say if Sekai never let Makoto advance on her during their "practice". There's too many examples I could throw out.

The VN has way more good ends than bad ends. It's just that the bad ends were so much more dramatic that they're more widely noticed.
