Ah T.T sorry about that.
I'd cancel it let you order but I don't think they restock the # available after cancellation.

Hm, why do I remember the project being stuck at chapter 5 or 6? Weird.

Finished Noir: + Show Spoiler + It was pretty good, the story wasn't great, but decent at least. I never really ended up liking Mireille for some reason, but Kirika... oh man, the amount of awesomeness coming from her is what makes the whole anime. Chloe was decent, too.
Really nice music, and decent sound. Visuals were fine, though I would've liked seeing at least a little blood when someone gets shot/stabbed/whatever. The general grunt enemies had worthless aim of course, and acted like idiots, but that's pretty standard, heh. As I said before, a hell of a lot of nice moves coming from Kirika (and the others as well, though not as much).

This was 2003, where blood in anime is ALOT less common / plenty than now.

Yeah I figured as much, still felt like mentioning it though.

Yep, I was always waiting for the translation since the people who licensed it didn't do anything.

The randomness comes from the original work being a pos that only has sexual innuendos from girls for punchlines. Well I had no clue about that lol. So I guess thats why the plot was so dry and the last episode so pointless.

Kizumonogatari is a prequel. Movie won't be out until next year or so. Hopefully we can get it subbed before 2014 >.> Damn I'm looking forward to it, can't imagine how I would feel if I hadn't even read the LN.
When on the topic, a lot of people seem to think Nisemonogatari is worse than Bakemonogatari, am I the only one who thinks they are just as good as eachother?
On another note, Heaven's Feel so exciting.

Nise pacing was meh, storyboarding straight from the books to anime form won't really work for anything after Bake, at least not for one cour.

Heh, well I agree with you on the pacing. I'm not familiar with the LN:s of the parts that have gotten animated, but of course it sucks when good stuff is missing from an adaption. + Show Spoiler + basically made Nise for me, though Hitagi releasing her inner yandere was nice too.

The in-joke about monogatari is that characters' personality keep changing all the time. Shinobu is the worst case.

That story just looked like every girl was hooked on a bunch of narcotics and what we saw was a combination of their hallucinations and their psychopathic breakdowns after they got their drugs taken by the other girls.
