If anything I'm more inclined to believe that the translation group for hoshizora put that in as a joke/troll referencing DOLPHINS in UBW than anything (seeing as it did come later), as well as a not-so-subtle jab at the australian gov't.
Nothing wrong with lolis... its just a drawing, people should get over it and focus on more pressing issues than a drawing... If anything it keeps pedos fapping to pictures and not kidnapping kids, which is, IMO, a good thing. That is, if there is any connection at all, and I am not convinced that there is.
