If you come in here looking for "anime recommendations" then please refer to this chart before posting: Anime Recommendations (as of may 2014). We also have an IRC channel called #tladt where we all hang out. The channel is on Rizon, not QuakeNet! Feel free to check it out. TLADT discord is Discord.ggFor currently airing anime, please see Anichart.net |
Just want to put in my two cents. I haven't been reading this thread but here's a list of anime I think are really good and aren't in the chart up there (needs updating! we need to make a new chart). You can't go wrong with any of the following. Bunch are multi-season, so you know they're good.
Shakugan no Shana Zero no Tsukaima Kampfer Jigoku Shoujo Seikon no Qwaser Hidan no Aria Okami-san to Shichi-nin no Tomodachi Dragon Crisis Kodomono Jikan Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu Asura Cryin
All the above have interesting storylines, tend to be novel adaptations, and usually have great voice acting (Kugimiya Rie). Their plots are filled with romance, intrigue, and action, with plenty of philosophical themes. Everything you'd want from something to read/watch, IMO. Check them out if you haven't seen them, I promise you you'll be satisfied ^^ Let me know what you think.

jigoku shoujo is there ..
and frankly.. aria, tsukaima, crisis and kampfer are not shows you would recommend over or on par with stuff on the chart.. theyre pretty much every season has one fodder shows.. hell its the same formula for all of them, and even the seiyuu for the main char is the same.. (well not kampfer)..
I mean I watch them and will continue to do so but its just fodder anime to be honest..
the rest are decent but yeah.. I wouldnt recommend them personally.. kodomo no jikan could go up there though..

come on guys, just because it's Kugimiya Rie voicing a ton of awesome shows doesn't mean you have to be tsundere about them.

Clearly, the second post is making a parody of the first post. Because the first post implied that alot of lolanime were good, so he parodied that with alot of other lolanime.

Dude. Hidan no Aria and Shakugan no Shana were masterpieces.
I don't even know why people wouldn't like Ookami.........

You can tell from the 2nd sentence.
