I remember reading somewhere (Baka-Tsuki?) that the series was half decent. Ikoku Meiro no Croisee - 1800's France? Count me in. Dantalian no Shoka - Because it's on Baka-Tsuki Gotta wait for the damn BD release half a year later T_T Hayate no Gotoku! - My only consolation is that a third season is confirmed. + Show Spoiler + Is it possible that the guy who came out of that lunar lander on the roof in the first ep was John Titor? And that he killed Kurisu in ep 1? Because John Titor (allegedly) said something about going back in time and killing someone to show that the world would go along a different route.

To actually answer the question, anyone other than the lab members could be John Titor, at that, John Titor could have yet to been introduced, or he might never show up in person. ![]() So then John Titor is anyone but Rintarou, Kurisu, Daru, and Mayushii? Hmm. Interesting... Also, sorry for the fail on the spoiler tag, if anyone was spoiled by it. :x

+ Show Spoiler [Steins;Gate Speculation (slight manga…] + lol Suzuha. My understanding of World Line theory is that there are certain events which are vital to the line and which will occur regardless unless you diverge enough to change World lines. IMO, Kurisu's death at the start actually occurred, and is one of these events. Obviously Rintarou's text that Kurisu had died wouldn't be enough to change that outcome (since it was just a text and looked like a fit of madness to boot). So the goal is to hop to another world line where this event does not occur. The question now is whether or not witnessing an event (especially Rintarou witnessing, since the time jumps don't seem to affect him) makes it "canon". Why on earth did the initial text make a satellite fall into a building? It makes no sense. I think either a) there really is an organization watching Rintarou (lol) or b) the event triggers certain actions from future iterations of Rintarou and the lab members resulting in the satellite falling (mindfuck). Of course, this is assuming that the lab actually gets their time machine working (i.e. able to successfully (hehe) send people back in time). However, Rintarou seeing the Kurisu alive after seeing her dead seems like a pretty clear that they do have a working machine. After all, the living Kurisu had no recollection of being dead (lol). This suggests that the dead Kurisu was from the future.

It's CERN IRL) really is evil, but then I get reminded of Welcome to the NHK. Also, it's called the Phone Microwave (name subject to change). ![]() Also, please tell me that Yuki didn't receive condoms as a gift in Moshidora. + Show Spoiler +

I'd answer the speculations but most of those will get explained and elaborated on pretty soon, so yeah.

But their team's coach was a total idiot. The pitcher has over 100 pitches (in the seventh inning), and he gives up three straight walks (including one with the bases loaded to give the other team the go-ahead run), putting his pitch count probably near 130. AND THEY LEFT HIM IN. And what did the next batter do? Grand slam. GG noobs. I've already discussed this in the IRC channel, but the baseball in this show doesn't seem very good ![]()
